Higher Astral Realms

SURROUNDING AND INTERPENETRATING the force field of planet Earth are seven astral planes. In terms of vibrational frequency, they are situated between the third dimensional physical plane and the etheric or Christ realms.

The first two astral planes, the lowest, are areas of darkness. Souls are in complete ignorance of God. Some may be in a state of misery and confusion, not knowing how to seek the light. Some may be Earthbound souls, still attached to physical life. Their desires correspond to the lowest that man expresses on Earth, such as violence, sexual promiscuity, drug and alcohol addiction, and a desire to express power over others, such as through astral possession and obsession.

The third and fourth astral planes comprise souls whose consciousness is comparable to that of most people on Earth. Awareness is that of material matter, and/or the first step of evolving into spiritual desire. The thoughts and feelings would be similar to those of the average, spiritually unawakened person on Earth, ranging from altruistic and loving to selfish and material.

The three higher astral realms — the fifth, the sixth and the seventh — are comprised of souls who are spiritually awakened, as described in more detail below.

The combined size of the astral planes, compared to the physical plane, attests to the difficulty and the challenge of coordinating Earth and astral planes. On September 5, 1975, Sananda revealed this astounding fact to Nada-Yolanda: “The size of the astral planes is one hundred times greater than the size and the problems that are faced upon the Earth, and these are monumental enough to consider.”

In addition to our interdimensional teamwork with ascended masters on the etheric realms, we light workers coordinate also with awakened souls in the three higher astral planes. The following excerpts are from our University of Life course One God, One Life (two-volume set, $10 + shipping). They describe some of the expressions and the functions of the higher astral realms.

 

Fifth Astral Plane

The fifth, the sixth and the seventh astral realms are comprised of souls dedicated to spiritual evolution. An awakened light worker on Earth would go to the fifth or the sixth astral plane immediately upon his or her transition. Highly evolved souls with idealistic, altruistic missions, even if not consciously awakened to the spiritual program and the higher Self, may pass on to these realms. Sincere religious individuals breaking through into higher consciousness also would be prepared for activities here.

An important function of many on these planes is healing and transmutation of the soul record. For with the quest for spiritual advancement comes a desire to know and to heal past mistakes.

On June 5, 1968, Nada-Yolanda received insight into the activities in an area of the fifth astral plane where new arrivals make their adjustment after the transition. She had this intunement while in contact with her sister of this lifetime, Leonora, who passed on in 1950:

“She took me into the hospital or reception area on the fifth plane of the astral where she works. She is under the auspices of the Fifth Ray forces who work not only at healing, but at integrating the levels of the astral with Earth and at introducing the higher etheric plane teachers and ideas to those areas below the etheric. In other words, the integration is a transition point of all three realms: Earth, astral and etheric.

“The area is like a huge hall or temple, reminiscent of the old Egyptian temples or structures: quite open, airy and brilliantly colored. Each of the arrivals is wrapped in Egyptian fashion, like a mummy, in a cocoon of protective aura and wrappings. Leonora told me this resembles that fashion because the Egyptians were much aware of and psychically intuned with actual astral plane functions; they prepared their dead for what they expected they would experience after the transition.

“Individuals are not lying down, as in hospital beds, but are propped up in rows along the walls, leaving the center of the hall for manifestations of light, fountains of color rays, and a type of movie projector that is probably 3-D so the person can experience healing ideas or can see or connect with the past. This is done to awaken them gradually, softly, without shock, and to teach them.

“Many do not know immediately that they are on the other side of the veil. Music plays at all times to gradually adjust the soul to the environment and the new teachings that are to come upon them at the first moment of awareness. Many sleep for a long time. But where Leonora is stationed, it is not for undetermined lengths of time. For she works on a slightly higher plane, with those who are more advanced souls than in the lower astrals where unawakened and even negative souls are making their adjustments.

“The halls are arranged like wards in a hospital. The person is placed with those of like evolvement, particularly religious backgrounds, so that the same treatments (lights, colors, films, music) are used for a group, rather than for each one individually according to his personal karma. This is group therapy here. She is in charge of one such hall, but not of the entire operation.”

 

Sixth Astral Plane

On October 24, 1975, Leonora showed Yolanda the entry area into the sixth astral plane: “They readjust and teach all who come into the sixth plane to cleanse their astral bodies and to anchor into their light forms. . . . I believe this is the plane where Jesus would have spent the three days in the tomb. It is the final resting and reviewing place for spiritual workers to clean up and close off any karmic, akashic threads that would limit or interfere with their light-body, I Am Self functioning. No thought or feeling can be left that in any sense is less than divine law and love.

“As I have visited there and have observed the way it functions, it appears to be a temple-hospital. Everything is clean, clear, white marble and uncluttered. It seems the souls are close to perfection. There is almost a hushed silence, such as in a cloistered nunnery or monastery, where most work is done in silence. There are not activity and work involved except as they concern contemplating, changing, transmuting the last remnants of error or pain into peace and harmony.

“The review is done mostly in the person’s consciousness. But it seems to be aided at times by ‘nurses,’ who seem to be more like friendly attendants and librarians. In fact, librarian is a good term, since they seem to be in charge of pulling out the akashic records and playing them for the individual via a filming technique. By reviewing and reliving the scenes, the sixth-plane ‘patient’ makes notes of what he knows has to be adjusted.

“At this stage there are not the agony, the wonder and the severe realization of previously unthought-about or unrecognized actions and ideas to be rectified. For the most part people on the sixth astral plane generally know what needs to be done to change the akashic record. They just need time and techniques to complete the closing-off of the past. By this time they really have done all that could be done, but mortal thoughts and emotions may not have been totally eliminated. Those could be holding back the progress into the seventh-plane doorway to the etheric.

“The use of color and music is one of the techniques and therapies most popular at this time. I have seen where the person steps into a colored liquid bath, which seems to pour down over the astral body like a shower. In some cases, it also seems to bubble up from the ground, while the person stands in the light and ‘water-color’ of this beam-shower. It is hard to know what the substance is, but it is healing therapy that may take some time to complete. As the person bathes in this, his thoughts and feelings become rehabilitated.

“Now that we understand that certain colors affect certain divine characteristics (such as blue for faith, white for love, and so forth) and that those divine characteristics affect certain bodily functions (faith, the brain; love, the heart; and so on), I can see in this sixth astral plane that the liquid-color-light directly affects and strengthens whatever is weak in the astral body.

“For it is absolutely necessary that the astral body be perfect before the person permanently can use the light body. There can be no area that is weak. Because of the powers inherent in the light-body consciousness and vibration, it would be dangerous for anyone with any weaknesses, or incomplete resolutions to divine law and love, to function in that range of power and energy.”

 

Seventh Astral Plane

The seventh astral plane is the doorway between astral and etheric planes. Souls here spend ninety percent of their time in the light body, the superconscious state, and are deeply applying cosmic laws. But in order to pass into etheric expression, they must understand the Hierarchal Board (spiritual government of our solar system) and the role of Sananda. Summalt, who was Jesus’ disciple Peter, is the doorkeeper here. He approves each soul entering the etheric realms, or heaven, and teaches him about the Hierarchy and Sananda. This is the mystical meaning of Peter’s having “the keys to the kingdom of heaven.”

 

Astral Guides & Teachers

The above descriptions are only a glimpse into a few areas of higher astral activity. Light workers are stationed here for many purposes and works. These include teaching those on lower astral levels, transmitting light energies into the Earth plane, and coordinating with the hierarchal space program. Some remain here for a time, or accept assignments as guides and teachers in lower astral planes. Others progress into the etheric, or reincarnate on Earth to enact a spiritual mission or to balance karma.

Souls on higher astral planes are more advanced in consciousness than most in physical incarnation. So, as part of their growth and service, some act as guides and teachers to those on Earth. Many of them work silently, influencing thoughts and emotions of those on the physical and thus affecting events here. A few communicate spiritual teachings through Earth channels.

Since these teachers are not yet in Christ consciousness at all times, their knowledge is not as complete as that of etheric masters, and in some cases the information may not be totally pure. But many such teachers provide a solid foundation of cosmic principles for students on Earth.

 

The following are some interesting tidbits about the astral planes, channeled via Nada-Yolanda unless otherwise indicated.

 

Moon Is a Way Station

“These [Apollo] astronauts are chosen to land on the moon, to walk among the remnants of past civilizations and memories, and to carry with them the auric vibratory rates of those who sojourn there in the astral bodies. Yes, it is true that there are certain levels of the astrals who occupy the moon, and use it as a way station to get to the Earth for their incarnations, to revive their memory banks and to lift off from their astral life into embodiment onto other higher astral planes; but, more importantly, to aid in their return to the Earth before their birth into the physical. They wait there for their birthing process.

“Therefore, those astronauts who are traveling across the face of the moon during these explorations are touching upon, and are touched by, the astral bodies who are waiting birth into the physical forms being prepared for them on the Earth in the coming age, and particularly preparing during this time for life on Earth in the Golden Age of Aquarius. Some of these are directly my own disciples and children of light who will assist me in my return, or the Second Coming.” — Sananda; April 24, 1972

 

Each Planet Has Separate Astral Planes

“Each planet has its own astral planes, which are not connected to those of any other planet.” [The etheric or Christ realms interpenetrate the entire solar system and are shared equally by all planets.] — 1000 Keys to the Truth

 

Lower Astral Planes to Be Dissolved

“The gates between the astral and the physical will be slammed shut [over a span of time in these Latter Days]. That means, therefore, that you will have to incarnate from the etheric or from the higher astral levels that are close to the etheric development. You will not be able to communicate with those lower astral forms and forces who now are so attached to, and developing their own, progression through possession, obsession and disturbances into the Earth planet as it now is functioning. . . .

“This has to be a final experience and demonstration in order to remove those lower astral planes, workers and forces who have been for too long the influencing factors over Earth plane consciousness and Earth plane activity in these many eons of time, dating from the period when the Cains and the Abels were at war with one another.” — Sananda; May 18, 1972

“We must dissolve the lower astral planes and we must raise the Earth planet third dimensional frequency into the fourth dimensional frequency so the Earth planet and the etheric planet are then closer in coordination and more open to each other for communication than hitherto has been known since those days when the Elder race was incarnated upon the Earth in the full light body or expression as the sons of God.” — Sananda; May 20, 1972

 

Interplanetary Orientation of Astrals

“In stepping down our frequencies from these higher etheric levels, we have sent forth into these astral environs under temporary sojourn certain teachers of our Federation of Planets, who have taken upon themselves the task to reawaken souls within your astral planes to this reality of reunification with the sister planets of our solar system. I say the sojourn is temporary, for they can only maintain these astral materializations for short ranges of time, as you determine it, but within a cycle that allows them to inject these thought patterns in these classes of orientation.” — Rebekah of Venus via Phillel; February 15, 2012

Accumulate Productive Thoughts

MAN SPENDS FAR TOO MUCH ATTENTION, thought, energy, money, time, supply, resources, products on completely unnecessary and frivolous things. This applies to material objects as well as thoughts and actions. Let us work together to create some new images for man of Earth regarding more productive creative and spiritual thoughts and things for the rest of this Latter-Day period of time.

This topic doesn’t apply just in man’s daily activities but also in the things he collects. Look around many homes, for example; or, better yet, look in many stores. What is the real purpose in having such a great variety and quantity of so many things that really are completely unnecessary?

We are not suggesting that we become spartan in our existence or that we cut out all luxuries or the niceties of life. But reexamine what is accomplished by accumulating novelties, knickknacks, bric-a-brac with which we fill our homes, our businesses, our lives; creating the need for unproductive attention, thoughts, conversations and activities.

Again, this isn’t to say that we shouldn’t have some of these things to give our life a little brightness. But have you ever given much attention and thought to the many unnecessary items that are offered for sale today, and the things that people buy? For what? What is it really accomplishing in their lives, in so many instances?

 

Reevaluate Our Natural Resources

We might say that the production and the sale of these items give work and pleasure to many people. Perhaps this is so. But aren’t we living in a time when it is indicated to us on all sides that natural resources are running out, that we are suffering from lack of employment, that we are greatly in need of food and the essentials of life, and that in some nations people are leaving the Earth because of the lack of food and other necessities of life?

Therefore, doesn’t it mean that we should have additional thought about the amount of money, the wasted effort of all kinds, that goes into the production and the purchase and the use of things that really have absolutely no meaning in our lives; especially since we know that man of Earth should be thinking in spiritual terms in this Latter-Day period, when he should be eliminating unnecessary material objects in his life, or at least reevaluating and putting them in their proper place, eliminating some and giving more attention to others?

Above all, we should be devoting more time to the eternal things of life; which means spiritual thoughts and actions, getting out of this third dimensional realm and into the higher planes where we don’t have this great concentration on the wasted items in a material existence.

Therefore, doesn’t it make sense that a lot of this energy, a lot of this employment and money and resources, that are being spent on completely unessential things would be put to far better use in producing the necessities of life? It is said that one of the great causes of inflation these days is the inability to produce enough of what people want. Let’s produce what people need, in the material aspect.

Let’s concentrate on creating this new image: Man shall dedicate his resources, his ingenuity, his thoughts, his deeds, his money, his supply, his productive capacity of all kinds to producing that which man really needs to maintain the material existence on Earth; but he not become dedicated, bound, imprisoned by the material things, so that he will have more time to devote to thoughts of spiritual things, to reattaining his spiritual nature and heritage and powers.

The Mark-Age organization goes through a procedure at headquarters at least twice a year, spring and fall, where we go through all of our personal possessions, all of our possessions in the home and in the Center, and give away or throw out that which no longer is useful and which we feel never will be useful, that which perhaps we enjoyed at one time but which is not necessary now, or that which perhaps someone else can use.

 

Reevaluate Your Thoughts

The same thing applies in the mental realm. How many of us have many unnecessary thoughts still hanging around in our memories, things that we would be better off without? You could name many things that just fill up our time of thought that are completely useless, that we know are useless; and yet we entertain them just because it is the way we have thought for a long time.

In our new image for man’s productive thoughts and things, we visualize these ideas: Stop wasting thoughts and time spent in talking and writing to one another about the trivial things in life, the things that really don’t have much meaning. Concentrate on eliminating the things within our consciousnesses that are outworn, or that we just let hang around because it’s the usual thing to do, or because we’ve been doing it all along, or our friends and relatives do that.

Let’s examine our thoughts and our actions and our words and see just how much time we are wasting. If we are wasting a great deal of time with these unnecessary things in our consciousnesses, let’s get rid of them. We will have a great deal more time for the really important things; which are God, our own spiritual Self, our spiritual evolution, demonstration, manifestations and evolvement.

Can’t we concentrate on this whenever we think about it, and make the resolve to eliminate a lot, even if not all, of the unnecessary things in our material possessions, in our thoughts, in our words, in our actions; and instead utilize that time, that energy, those resources in imaging, projecting, creating, manifesting, demonstrating, using that which is spiritually fruitful?

We don’t mean to imply that the complete day be filled just with pious thoughts, or to equate everything in terms of spiritual principles and laws. Indeed, we should enjoy ourselves, but in the proper way, in a way that doesn’t waste our energies, in a way that allows us to enjoy far more of the real things of life that the spiritual Self can show, that God is manifesting within us at all times; time to have enjoyment of the real things in the world about us; to communicate not only with Spirit and our own high Selves but also with those on the same plane and in higher planes about the really important things in life.

So, will you join with us in examining your own consciousnesses and in deciding if you have too many extraneous thoughts that are wasting your time, your energy; taking up space in your consciousness, in your thoughts, in your actions and deeds, your words? Do this in the course of a day, a week or a month and see what you can utilize and save. Then let’s do the same things in our homes, in our businesses or wherever we work, whatever we do, and see just how much of the things we have around us in a material sense are really necessary or are completely unnecessary.

Let’s reevaluate ourselves as to what we really want to keep in our atmosphere materially and mentally and emotionally from this point on. You will find that you have so much more time and energy and resources of all kinds to spend on the things that really are worthwhile in life.

So, will you image this now? And man of Earth, will you please respond to our visualizations that you too make this analysis, and eliminate that which is completely unnecessary and cut down on some things so you can devote your time to the spiritual realities and necessities of your life?

Reprogram Your Consciousness

COWORKERS IN THE LIGHT — and, through you, all mankind on Earth — this is a special presentation designed to help each one of you, and to help you help each other person on and about the Earth, in a reevaluation and reprograming technique that has been given to us at Mark-Age to use; which we have used quite successfully, still are using, and will use many times in the future.

First is an examination of relationships within yourself, as concerns yourself, including your three mind aspects of superconscious and conscious and subconscious, in this lifetime; and in prior lifetimes, if you are fortunate enough to know some of them; that is, if they are correct, as you believe them to be. Second is relationships with other people and their ideas.

This review is a reevaluation and a reprograming of that which is in your mind; or mental computer, which functions through your brain. It involves that which has been known to you, given to you, worked through you via the superconscious or Christ or I Am Self; and also what has come from other people and sources.

It is that which has been stored, either by your I Am Self or by experiences of your conscious functioning in this and prior lifetimes, in your memory storehouse, your computer banks. It is that which you consciously are utilizing in forming your thoughts, actions and experiences each and every day of your present life; and therefore in your past and future lifetimes, to a large degree.

Part one of this is concerned with yourself; looking into your own memory storehouse, as concerns your own ideas; that is, your own as much as it is possible to separate them from those ideas, thoughts, laws, regulations that come from other people. Since there is so much to be concerned with in such a reexamination and a reprograming, all I am going to attempt to do is give you some highlights, as we have been doing it here and as we have been told to handle it, and then let you pick it up from there.

For it is something you will be doing not just one time. Rather, it is something you will be doing for the balance of your life. Remember, as was channeled through Yolanda some years ago, even when angels dip into the Earth’s environment they have to go through a cleansing process when they get back into the celestial realms, to eliminate any debris or anything else of a nature which they do not want in their lives or in their realms. We must do a similar thing.

Give this a great deal of thought. If it is at all possible in the immediate present or near future, take a spiritual vacation or retreat. Take as much of a retreat as possible from your normal daily activities and thoughts; and go back and review, reevaluate, reprogram.

 

Technique of Reversing Time

Here is the technique given to me by my master teacher Katoomi, or Archangel Michael. It is similar to the age-regression technique the psychiatrist or the psychologist would use, or anyone would use in going back to early childhood; or even, in many cases, to prior lifetimes. But we are not concerned at this time with prior lifetimes. It is going backwards from the present to each major step of your life; that is, each time your life took on a new direction or a new function; something new, almost as though you were beginning anew.

Regardless of how old you are, start now. Go back to when you began your important changes in your life, whether it was marriage, a job, school, whatever it might have been, and review that approximate year. You might take a few months on either side of that particular date. Do not limit it just to a calendar year. Go back in detail. Review that year. As you are doing such a review, reevaluate that which comes to your mind.

Before you begin these reviews and reevaluations, ask your Christ Self to reveal to you — directly; and to pull out, to recall from the memory storehouse, your memory computer — that which you should review.

Before you get too far into this, keep one thing in mind. This can be, or should be, a crucifixion–resurrection cycle for you. However, remember that the word crucifixion has different meanings. There is a crossing out, an eliminating of that which you do not want. It is also the conquering of the Earth plane, a mastery of it. So, do not have always a negative connotation of the words crucify yourself or crucifixion. It is a crossing out, a letting go, so the high Self can come back in more force within your life; which is the resurrection.

Keep in mind also that as you do this review and reevaluation it is not just for the sake of cleansing, in a negative connotation, as “You’ve been bad, you’ve got to eliminate a lot of errors,” and so forth. It is a review to ascertain what you want to eliminate, what you want to keep, what you want to replace, in your mental computer. As you do this review you are going to recall wonderful things you may have forgotten about; or which may give you a renewed lease on life, a rededication to principles or ideas or thoughts and activities you may have forgotten.

So, it can be a joyous thing, too. Do not approach this review, reevaluation, reprograming with a sense of dread or unhappiness or of only seeing errors. Look at it as objectively as you can, and realize that it can be very beneficial for you.

You are going to make these reviews a number of times. You are going to do it first as concerns your own thoughts, your own ideas, your own goals. Then you are going to do it as concerns other people and their thoughts and ideas.

Look back at the years of your life that were most significant, starting at the present time and going backward. Just let your thoughts flow, at ease. Start with the beginning of that year — or a twelve-month, fifteen-month cycle, wherever you decide to review — and try to recall each day, each week; what you did, where you went, the things that came up in your life, what your thoughts were, what your goals were, any of these and other things.

This is the type of review you would do in the astral planes, after an incarnation on the Earth plane. So, it is good to accomplish it now, to get into the technique of doing it while you still are in this life or incarnation. Therefore, there will be much less to do at some future time, in this lifetime or after this.

As these ideas flow to you, come up to you, you are going to recall things that are obvious to you. But also you are going to have a lot of things come up, particularly the more you do this, for each one of these segments of time that you did not remember: people coming into your life, things you thought about, opinions you formed, evaluations you made.

Some of these ideas you are going to reject because you no longer want them in your computer banks. You do not want them to be affecting what you do from this point on, to be a part of your total consciousness, to influence your thinking and acting in any way. So, you will reject them.

There will be some you will want to retain. Perhaps they are not of any great significance or value in your making decisions, or in your life from now on, but they may be pleasant memories; or they may have had great value at that time, and therefore again, in giving impetus to your life and in giving direction to the patterns of your experiences and works. Some you will want to redefine, now that you can see them more clearly. Some you will want to revive. Some you will want to replace.

 

Rest & Reprogram

When you have done all of this for a segment of time, reassemble those thoughts and those ideas and reprogram them into your mental computer. Then will come a period — if not for each segment of your review, at least overall, or from time to time — of rejuvenation. You must reenthuse yourself so you can resume your spiritual journey.

But one thing to keep in mind when you are reprograming is the fact that, just as in making a tape recording, if you have a faulty erasing head on the recorder and you try to record over something that is already there, you are going to get just a jumble of two or more things at one time. In some cases you may want to erase completely a mental tape. In many other cases you want to erase just a small segment. Sometimes you would want to record over that, sometimes just leave it blank. There are all of these and more concerns in remaking your tapes.

Review, reevaluate each segment of your life. When you have done this for major turning points, do it for each year or so of your life. Examine the thoughts you had and the way you are thinking now. Do you want to continue thinking in that way? Or do you want to change some thoughts?

One of the things I have been working on is that a number of things have been annoying me for years. You should do the same. Eliminate those things, if they are of no value. If they still should be an annoyance because you want to work on them, to eliminate them or to do something with them, then retain them, or maybe redefine them.

Examine everything about yourself. What you like, keep. What you do not like, either change or eliminate. But remember, you have to put in new things also. In this case, it is spiritual information and education for the rest of this lifetime.

When going back to reexamine and to reevaluate your ideas, it is quite difficult in many cases, perhaps far more so than you realize, to differentiate those ideas which are your own from those which are influenced by other people. Therefore, look at it as a reevaluation of ideas and relationships within yourself and with other people.

The primary concern is reevaluating the ideas in your consciousness — and thus in your memory storehouse, the computer with which you are working now — that have come to you from your Christ Self in this or some prior life experiences, and those which are stored in your memory storehouse from your own conscious ideas, thoughts, actions in this and prior lifetimes.

 

Align with I Am Self

Be concerned with the relationship with your high Self. Think and meditate upon this; not trying to put forth your ideas as to what that relationship should be, or what it is like to be in the high Self or Christ consciousness of your etheric nature. It is far beyond what you can evaluate or remember or even imagine at this particular time in this one incarnation.

But rather be receptive to that which Spirit through your own high Self wants to release into your conscious mind, be it directly or through the memory storehouse of the subconscious aspect. As these things are given to you for meditation in this reevaluation and reprograming technique, be aware of what it is that you have thought or have been in the past that is in your subconscious storehouse, and what you should be in the future.

Take these step by step. You cannot think too much of what you want to be in the future without taking into consideration what you have done in the past and what you have to clear up there first. You have to eliminate any blockages and to replace those blockages or error ideas with ones of positive natures. Let Spirit bring forth those ideas. In this type of cleansing or clearing — a refamiliarization, a getting to know yourself better — think in terms of allowing Spirit to reveal to you that on which you have to work.

Keep this in mind. When there is a reevaluation of this kind going on, it does not mean everything is going to come to your conscious mind. It does not mean it has to require some physical action to change or to clear up, even to reprogram, certain things. As has been given to us many times, and as you have found from your own experiences, many of these cleansings, clearings and reprogramings can be done in the dream state and in meditations. And many of them are done without your being consciously aware of them.

For when you set into motion a reevaluation program of this scope, which involves your entire lifetime up to the present time and into any time in the future when you will be working with such a technique, it sets in motion many things that will be taken care of automatically, or on the subconscious plane of action or even on the superconscious, that you will not know about consciously.

So, do not be apprehensive all the time, feeling there must be a lot of things you cannot recall, and therefore it is going to be a problem and you just will not be able to get the cleansing done because you cannot remember everything. It will be taken care of, some way or another. It is not the purpose of the high Self, or Spirit or the Hierarchal Board or the Karmic Board, to keep you locked in the past, but rather to help you out when you make a genuine effort to accomplish this.

In the self-evaluation, consider first of all your thoughts about God. What is your relationship to God? Try to screen out thoughts of other people that you have accepted all these years, or into which you have been born. What are your thoughts now about God and your relationship to God? This does not mean striving to find out wholly or completely what God is, has been and will be. That is impossible. But what does God mean to you now?

What does your Christ Self mean to you now? What is that relationship? What thoughts do you truly feel about your Christ Self? Not what someone else, be it at Mark-Age or anyone else for this self-analysis, has taught or has claimed, but what do you really feel yourself right now? Go down the narrow road to your own Christ Self, not on the detours other people have attempted to lead you onto. What are your thoughts about life in general, about the hierarchal plan, about Sananda and the Second Coming?

Sort out these thoughts as they come to you. Just by having a blank mind many times in these meditations, asking your high Self or Christ consciousness to put thoughts into your conscious mind as to what you should meditate upon, you will find that things will come in, and that is what you should be working on at that time. Do this with many aspects of your own thoughts and your own relationship with your Self.

As you can see, it could go on for a long time. We hope it will be enjoyable, for the most part. If it is not enjoyable at first or for the first few times, know that the more you do it the more it will be enjoyable, because you will be eliminating many of the things you no longer want there.

When you have arrived at a decision, have done the best you can, to clear up an error, do not keep holding it against yourself, do not keep thinking about it. Once you have done the best you can, or have asked Spirit or your own Christ Self to set into motion what is necessary to cleanse and to clear up that error, be it in your own thinking or your own actions or as concerns someone else, then let it go. It will bring about what is needed.

 

Move Ahead, Don’t Look Back

Go on to something new. Do not keep harboring the same thoughts of an error nature about yourself, like some religious teachings would have you do. You are a wonderful soul, an independent soul. You are seeking for the ending of the crucifixion and the gaining of a mastery of your Earth life and the resurrecting into your spiritual consciousness. This is the key to keep in mind.

In reevaluations of the major turning points in your life, when you do it next time think in terms of relationships with other people: your family, friends, members of the opposite sex in your love life, teachers in school, such people who influenced you one way or another in your livelihood as managers or employees or bosses, people who worked with you or under you, whatever the situation might have been.

In going back to each major segment of your life, try to pick out major turning points such as marriage, when you went into your first job or your present job or a job that was a major change, when you went to college or to high school or to grammar school.

Go back as far as you can to these times. Examine your relationships with other people. In this relationship examination you want to be concerned with how many of the ideas that are shaping your life now, that have shaped your life, that are influencing your life are things you want to reevaluate, and to eliminate or to retain in your reprograming for your spiritual life from this point onward.

For example, you were born into a certain race, religion, nationality. How much are they shaping your life now? How much are you accepting what other people have been thinking and doing, rather than what you feel within yourself; or just have been too lackadaisical or too much influenced by what these people are thinking to be able to break free yourself, even though this is a period of unrest and unsettlement? This is the time for breaking forth; for throwing off error reins, error restraints, error regulations of any kind.

Consider what it is within your life that you want to retain of other people’s directions. For example, whatever you are in this lifetime or were born into, such as race or religion, you were not that five hundred years ago, a thousand years ago, ten thousand years ago, a hundred thousand or a million years ago. Therefore, do you really want this particular aspect or these things that you were born into in this lifetime to influence you as they have been influencing you, as major factors in control of your life, for perhaps millions of years?

Of course not. You want to put them into proper perspective. You want to see that many of those things influencing your life, your decisions, your thoughts, your actions, even your spiritual progress, were formed in this lifetime. They were not really what you decided or what maybe was best for you, what maybe even was truth. Rather, they are the things you inherited by being born into a particular race or religion, and so forth.

 

Revelations Free Mortal Self

Set yourself free, if you should be and want to be free, because this is the time for examining your relationships with other people, as to how much they have influenced what you really are. Be yourself. Unto your own Self be true. Be duly concerned about possibly living your life, now and hereafter, just to conform to what certain people think or tell you is right, particularly if you know it is wrong.

This is the time, these Latter Days, when all things shall be revealed unto man. That does not mean everything in the realm of knowledge, good and bad, is going to be revealed to everyone, but rather that which each person should know for his own evaluation and reevaluation, his personal Armageddon, his gaining the victory in this current purification period of Armageddon, his resurrecting, and the second coming into his own Christ consciousness, going on with spiritual progress and development from this point.

Keep in mind that this is a reevaluation to examine your own ideas, your own thoughts, your own life; to eliminate that which you do not want and to replace it with that which you do want; to set new goals; to be born anew. This is the time for reprograming. So, put new thoughts into your mental computer, the thoughts you want to influence your life now; the basis or the foundation upon which you want to predicate your thinking, your actions, your spiritual works henceforward; knowing, of course, that you are going to be gaining more and more additional thoughts.

But do not set your mental computer so as to shut out all that still is going to be brought forth in this Latter-Day period prior to the Second Coming of Sananda and of your Christ Self. Keep that recording mechanism open for putting in more and more spiritual information. As you prove to your Christ Self you can handle it and can work with it, you will be given that information.

Letters from Motah

What follows is an exchange of correspondence between Phillel, who is known in his high Self functions by the code name Motah, and a light worker in her early twenties who is a student of Mark-Age teachings on the spiritual space program. To protect her privacy, we shall call her Kayleigh.

 

Dreams of Space Visitors

 

Kayleigh: My mom has told me about Mark-Age since I was a little girl, and I was always fascinated with your work and your connection with the divine. She’s told me amazing stories about Nada-Yolanda. I wish I was able to know her myself.

I have been reading Visitors From Other Planets, an amazing book that has provided me a lot of peace. Lately, I have been deeply interested in our intergalactic brothers and sisters, and I feel a deep longing to connect with them. I’ve dreamt repeatedly of them; for example, on two occasions I dreamt vividly of seeing spaceships outside my bedroom window.

Just recently, I dreamt of space beings, who looked like pure rainbow energy, landing in our backyard. Our entire neighborhood came around them and connected with them. I saw my mother reaching out towards the energy and telling me to come closer, but in the dream I was frightened and stayed further back.

Definitely, fear is an impediment to my connecting with space beings and truly divine Godly energy generally, since I am incredibly sensitive and at times this highly evolved energy can feel very overwhelming. Do you have any advice for me to deepen my relationship with them? I want to so badly, I just know it would provide me much solace. But I don’t know where to start. Lately, I even find myself looking outside at night, begging them to appear so I could talk to them. But then, if they did, I would probably freak out!

Overall, I could really use some spiritual guidance. I’m dealing with a lot of life and internal stressors and feel deeply that developing my spirituality is of utmost importance. I would appreciate any spiritual advice you could offer me, whether it has to do with connecting with our space family or just generally how to develop further my spirituality as a young woman with a deep longing to connect with God. Thank you for everything you’ve done and continue to do to teach humanity. I love you all.

 

Motah: Thank you for your heartfelt sharing. Your space dreams are beautiful and amazing, and quite typical of the types of dream contact that we receive from the space visitors. In many respects, in this manner, we are being prepared and conditioned subconsciously (via the dream state) for more-overt encounters, even physical ones, as the energy frequencies are accelerated, step by step, on Earth.

Regarding fear, remember that “perfect love casts out fear.” The space brothers and sisters only come to us in this high vibration of love, as you know from reading Visitors From Other Planets, and love is the key to harmonious spiritual exchange among all planes, dimensions and planets. So, cultivate the love vibration — your true high Self nature — within yourself, and radiate this out to the space beings. It is cosmic law that “like attracts like”; so, your vibration of love will attract to you those beings who desire to connect with you at that level for your spiritual development. I know it sounds simple, and truly it is!

But here on Earth, due to our collective planetary karma and all the negative thoughts of resistance from mass consciousness that still impinge upon our auric fields, at times we have to work through such mental-emotional resistance as we clear up our soul record, to provide a clean and clear thought field by which we can have these higher encounters.

Again, we get clues from our dream state. How you respond to these space encounters in your dreams can give you a valuable gauge to evaluate the state of your subconscious receptivity — or even fear or residual resistance — to contact. I highly recommend that you keep a spiritual diary (if you are not doing so already). Over time, your dreams and meditations will show you a clear pathway of progress.

To further your spiritual studies, I would recommend that you read El Morya/Mark’s text How To Do All Things: Your Use of Divine Power. That is a most excellent guidebook that will help you secure and build a strong spiritual foundation.

To enhance your receptivity to space contact, see my visualization on “Prepare for Space Contact.” You will find it helpful to eliminate any residual fear in consciousness as you decree and visualize the proper spiritual desire for extraterrestrial contact.

These are just a few suggestions. Above all, allow your own I Am Self to guide you in the proper course of spiritual unfoldment. Your mom is highly intuitive and also can offer timely assistance. Your spiritual teachers on the higher planes (including extraterrestrials who already are reaching out to you and contacting you) are on call, awaiting your sincere desire to connect with them and to get answers.

One last thought: At all times on your spiritual journey, keep yourself protected in a cocoon of Christ white light. [See “Protection Technique: Cocoon of Light.”]

Love Is the Key

 

Kayleigh: In a dream I had recently, I was outside of my home, staring up at the sky in the evening. For context, this is something I do almost every night, as I always hope I’ll see (or be seen by) some friendly intergalactic beings. So, in the dream, I was doing just that, wishing and hoping to see something, when suddenly a voice emerged in my head. I was told the being’s name (I don’t remember it, unfortunately).

The being spoke to me clearly, within my own mind, as I was looking up. The details are fuzzy, but he or she said something along the lines of “It is seen how you are continuously looking [to the sky] for perspective.”

As the voice spoke to me, I looked up, and suddenly I saw the sky with much greater vibrancy: stars were brighter, and I could even see planets and their rings. It was beautiful and magical, and almost frightening!

I do hope that I am really gaining perspective and can speak/be with some of these beings soon. I am so busy at school that I’ve rarely had more than a few moments each night to look at the sky and meditate silently on connecting with them more. I feel this desire so deep within my soul, especially as our planet seemingly gets more terrifying, and I increasingly feel like I’ve outgrown it. Do you have any suggestions for how I can induce this kind of contact again?

 

Motah: The voice you heard in your dream could very well have been one of your spiritual teachers or space contacts. But, consider this too, it may have been your own high Self, reaching out through the subconscious (dream state) to alert your conscious mind to new guidance. At any rate, you are being nudged to focus your mind on the higher perspective of your I Am Self. When you do so, your psychic talents are enhanced and you see the universe (both within and without yourself) with much greater vibrancy, with increased clarity.

I am reminded of Jesus’ admonition: “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all else will be added unto you.” When your focus is single-mindedly on the light, your perception naturally shifts into a higher perspective of spiritual reality.

It is right and proper that you have a great desire for space contact. Realize that your love vibration magnetically will attract to you the right experiences at the right time, of a similar high vibration of love. The ascended masters and the space beings are fully in sync with your I Am Self. They know what types of contact (dream, meditation, physical encounter), and the timing of those, will be for your highest good and ongoing spiritual development. Always decree that Spirit’s will be done, and not yours, and you will be guided expertly along the path.

It’s not that you have to try to “induce” the contact. Just keep your perspective on your higher Self and remain in a humble, receptive frame of mind for whatever Spirit may have in store for you at any one moment. Proceed with the faith and the confidence of the I Am.

The space brothers and sisters know that you are tuned in to them. They of course are tuned in with you, and always have been since you were a little girl, for you are one of them and they are contacting their own. Add that to your new perspective.

“Love is the key to space contact.” That is a phrase that I often used in my workshops and seminars. Your love vibration opens the way for that same love vibration from the space people to reach out and connect with you. There is nothing to fear — for “perfect love casts out fear.”

Ponder these things, and allow the glorious universe to work its magic for you!

 

Signaling the Spaceships

 

Kayleigh: My heart has become increasingly pulled toward contact with the space beings, and ever since our last exchange I have been dreaming about them more and more — at least once a week in the past couple of months.

Last night, however, I had the most intense, truly life-changing dream about them that I have ever had! To be frank, I woke up after the dream feeling a little frightened; not because I was scared but because the dream was so incredibly vivid, powerful and energetically overwhelming. It felt incredibly real; on some level it probably was.

Here’s what happened: First, I was in the car with my family; we were driving downtown in the evening, waiting in traffic. I looked up into the night sky and it was the most vibrant I’ve ever seen it, with gorgeous, shining multicolored red and orange stars. All of a sudden, a huge amount of ships, all with different colored lights and of different sizes, made themselves visible to us in the sky and nearer to the ground to the public.

I felt as though they were officially announcing their presence to all of humanity and were coming to say hello and connect with us. As they did so, the lights around downtown, and even the stars in the sky, began dimming in and out of brightness, turning off and on wildly. It was very intense and magical.

In the next part of the dream, I was standing in a field. In front of me was an array of war tanks all lined up and aimed at the sky, where the ships were coming from. I got the very clear message that it was (I assume) the government’s intention to shoot down any ships they saw, out of fear and the desire to maintain control.

Then, in the third part of the dream, I saw the ships cast messages into the sky for us to witness. Meanwhile, man-controlled planes were flying around and actively distorting the messages, attempting to rewrite them so that their nature and content were decomplexified and made to fit within their own narratives; some were even pretending to be the aliens themselves and to speak on their behalf.

Finally, in the last part of the dream — which was truly one of the most amazing things I have witnessed — I was standing behind a blond woman in a big flowing robe, who stood in the middle of a large, lovely lake surrounded by trees. She had a stick in her hand and was moving her arms in the same way that a conductor guides an orchestra, but towards the sky.

As she conducted in the middle of this vast lake, she controlled with her mind beautiful multicolored silks in the air; it was clear that she was “signaling” the ships to come to her, almost in the way an air-traffic controller guides an airplane. At the same time, I heard a choir of voices singing sublime, angelic-sounding music. This part especially struck me, as it was very intense.

While the woman was conducting to the sky, all these beautiful ships came down to greet her; and one even rose up underneath her as she stood in the lake, lifting her higher into the air. I also got the message that she wasn’t alone, that there were indeed many other “conductors” around the world, signaling to the space beings to come help us and say hello.

Then I woke up. And, what do you know, later today I saw in the news that multiple UFO sightings in Canada have occurred over the past few nights, one of which [i.e., a weather balloon] was shot down last night by a fighter jet over Yukon. Quite a coincidence!

Another thing that struck me about this dream is the sheer amount of ships I saw. In past dreams, I’d see maybe a few fly over my house, or something, but last night there were so many, and they were everywhere. They love us so much and just want to do everything they can to help us.

This dream has filled me with much happiness and hope for the spiritual future of humanity. It was amazing and I will never forget it. I am absolutely convinced that some kind of mass event like this will occur in my lifetime.

Thank you for all of your guidance in how to proliferate my contact with them. I can clearly see the impact of me putting my heart out there with clear intentions to connect with these amazing beings.

 

Motah: Thank you for sharing your beautiful and thrilling dream of space contact! You said it perfectly in the last sentence: “I can clearly see the impact of me putting my heart out there with clear intentions to connect with these amazing beings.” As you broadcast your love and desire for contact, so the space visitors respond in like manner to help secure the interdimensional link with you. Believe me, they are just as thrilled as you are to open up this contact, connecting with one of their own.

With the spiritual breakthrough indicated in the first segment of your dream — the appearance of a great number of ships — you are shown also some of the mortal reactions that humanity has, as symbolized in the next two dream segments by the tanks and the attempt to distort the space messages. These are the negative, reactionary thoughts that we light workers are dissolving and supplanting with our broadcasts of truth and light and love.

That leads to the amazing last part of your dream, with the blond woman who is “conducting” the energy patterns (multicolored silks) and signaling her welcome to the space visitors to come and help us. Now, the blond woman may symbolize one of your etheric teachers who is leading you in this process of space contact, showing you how to conduct properly your thought patterns, helping you to reconnect with your spiritual mission to aid the reunification of Earth with the Federation of Planets.

But consider, too, that the blond woman may represent your own I Am Self! You (the mortal consciousness) stand behind your I Am (that is, in alignment consciously and subconsciously with the superconscious), learning how to use your own innate Christ talents. Please meditate further on this vision, as it may be a key to unlock more memories of your high Self nature and function.

Again, the sheer amount of spaceships is a good sign that a spiritual breakthrough is now occurring in your consciousness. May such a mass event materialize in your lifetime, too, on the physical plane! Truly, that is one of our goals in this Second Coming program.

As for the recent man-made weather balloons and such, which the military has shot down, have no fear that such could be the fate of any of the spaceships (UFOs) that are materializing here from higher dimensions and planets. They have more than sufficient capabilities to protect themselves fully and peacefully against any misguided attempts to harm them.

God bless you, Kayleigh. We are one with you in the Christ light, now and always; and we join with your high Self and with your space mentors for all good developments surely to come. Keep looking up!

 

Space Pickups

 

Kayleigh: I’ve dreamt about the extraterrestrials pretty constantly, at least once a month or more for the past while. I definitely notice that these dreams do not come to me in times when I am more stressed or fearful; during my school finals, for example. However, when I am more calm, they come to me easily. That obviously makes perfect sense, as I should only receive when I am in the proper head space to do so.

Most of the dreams I have are short; just me seeing something in the sky, where clearly they are presenting themselves, saying hello. These dreams have a very magical and divine quality to them.

I still experience some level of automatic fear when I have these dreams, as they feel very intense. I am trying to feel more relaxed when I do have them; however, it’s been hard. But I know as time goes on I’ll become more comfortable, as the love and longing part of me is so much stronger than the fear.

I have a question to ask you. In the media there are a lot of negative narratives about the space beings. I’ve particularly noticed abductee experiences, which usually are overwhelmingly negative and terrifying for the abductee. Many of them feel they were not surrounded by love at all, but by evil; for example, they claim having had experiments done on them.

I do not believe these people at all, obviously. I know the space beings are pure of heart, because I just know it. But I am curious about where these experiences come from, because many of the individuals expressing them seem very earnest. What is your take on abductions? Do you believe they are the result of mass hysteria? Government propaganda? Or are there really alien species with nefarious intentions that exist in our solar system and on our planet?

I have been thinking about it a lot. I wish everybody could experience what I have, and could know the truth.

 

Motah: Thank you for touching base with us, sharing your latest updates. Yes, as you report, the space visitors are more readily able to contact you in the dream state (and otherwise) when you are in a peaceful, balanced frame of mind and soul. This has to do with the greater ease by which they thus can align their vibrational frequencies with yours to produce a positive result and impression on your consciousness.

Undoubtedly, as you are further conditioned by these spiritual experiences, you will feel more comfortable with the contact. All of your fears will dissipate and will be replaced solely with a pure love connection.

As stated in Nada-Yolanda’s channelings since the early 1960s — and as verified consistently in our own experiences over the decades — in these Latter Days there are no space visitors of potential negative intent even allowed into our solar system, let alone allowed to penetrate Earth. Protective forces of the spiritual Hierarchy only allow those with positive intentions, who are fully aligned with the Second Coming program, to make contact with us. All visitors who come to Earth are fully apprised of the hierarchal program to uplift the Earth in spiritual consciousness, and they willingly participate in this vast cosmic plan.

There are, however, negative astrals from the lower astral planes who attempt to infiltrate and influence those on Earth through possession, obsession, and other perversions, such as via drug, sex and alcohol addiction. But these beings are not space visitors; they are Earthbound souls caught in a negative cycle of karma and reincarnation in the lower astral realms. Nevertheless, they too are being given the opportunity to be educated and raised in consciousness for the New Age, just as are those wayward souls who are physically incarnated on Earth.

Indeed, there are some physical contacts with space visitors who land and take a contactee on board for temporary evaluation. But these are very highly controlled and are planned far in advance. These pickups are entirely proper and within cosmic law, as permission to make the contact comes from the high Self level. Nonetheless, it is true that any contact with a higher-vibrational or higher-dimensional being or craft can cause adverse reactions within the mental and emotional state of the human involved. One of these reactions, of course, is fear. Such imbalanced mental-emotional reactions can induce or lead to gross misperceptions, or even fantasies or false memories, of what actually transpires.

Add to this scenario the fact that many so-called “abductions” — or pickups, as we use the term — occur in the astral body (as in astral projection or astral flight) where the uncleansed subconscious of the person also can wreak havoc on one’s perception or memory of the experience.

Discussing this topic in my space seminars and workshops years ago, I often utilized what I termed the “tiger analogy.” Imagine the experience of a tiger in the wild, who has the terrifying experience of being captured by scientists, shot with a dart gun and paralyzed, then radio-tagged for further research study. The tiger surely must be distraught, totally discombobulated, and is expecting the very worst. Yet, the scientists themselves have only loving concern in their hearts for this animal, do not want to harm it in any way, only want to quickly tag it for their research regarding the general welfare of the tiger species, and then be on their way. They treat the tiger with utmost care and respect.

Now, imagine what the tiger would say (if he could speak) to his fellow tigers once he got back to the lair. There is no telling what wild story he would spin of “monsters” coming from the skies (in their helicopter), landing, shooting him with a strange device (gun) so that he is paralyzed, totally frightening him out of his wits; and he is “experimented” with in some bewildering fashion. Then the “monsters” leave as quickly as they appeared.

Yet, that story has nothing to do with the real intent or loving actions of the scientists themselves, but is the misguided perception of the tiger, who is not able to fathom what has occurred. Such is the experience emotionally, I believe, with many “abductees.”

So, you see, it is a matter of spiritual consciousness. If we raise our vibration to the I Am Self level, we experience the true, loving exchange we are meant to have with space visitors from the Federation of Planets.

Also, consider this: Many contactees themselves have incarnated from these various planets and have prearranged missions to experience these pickups, in order to help integrate the dimensions as we enter the New Age. So, in many cases their own cohorts are contacting them!

Lastly, permission to be contacted ultimately is given freely by one’s high Self, so truly there is no abrogation of one’s freewill choice to have the experience.

The vibration of love will dispel all fears, misperceptions and confusions. Love is the key to space contact!

 

One Family of Man

 

Kayleigh: I’ve been trying to do my meditations more and have thought about you at headquarters so much over the past few months, especially as UFO sightings seem to have only multiplied.

I have another question about our space friends. I see a lot of spiritual communities reference different alien species in their discussions: the so-called Greys, the Arcturians, the Reptilians, etc. Are there really different species who work together to help mankind? Is the concept of different “species” even relevant at this highly evolved spiritual level? And if there are different species of light beings, is there any particular group that is especially evolved whom I can call on more specifically to work with me?

Thank you for always answering my many questions with such patience. I am so appreciative.

 

Motah: Collectively, in our solar system and throughout the infinite universes, we all are of the same race of mankind, the Son of God (“the only begotten Son”), created in the image and likeness (nature and attributes) of our one Father-Mother God.

Throughout eternity, we manifest in many different body forms, necessitated by the energy frequencies of any particular plane, planet or dimension. Some of these forms are recognizable to us even on Earth; others would be quite different.

We are being contacted by many who come from all planets in this solar system, and from other solar systems and galaxies beyond ours. All who come here are aware of, and must abide by, the hierarchal program to prepare Earth for the Second Coming and our entrance into the New Age of Aquarius.

But our common connection is the I Am Self, which is eternal and is capable of creating (manifesting, materializing) body forms out of energy and matter that are suitable for that life experience or episode.

As long as we seek to express our I Am Self and to connect with the I Am Self in all others, and to remain in perfect attunement with Father-Mother God, we shall experience harmonious interaction and communication with our fellow space brothers and sisters, all of God. For we are one family of man.

Trust your I Am Self to guide you to make the right connections. Remember, “like attracts like.” Your love toward others engenders the same response toward you.

I would not be too concerned with various “species” as described in the UFO contactee literature. For there is much misinformation, misrepresentation, misunderstanding, half-truths, or misguided perceptions of those who are unclear and uncleansed. Be wise as a serpent, yet gentle as a dove.

Anchoring the Light Body on Earth

October 23, 2023. DREAM. At Mark-Age headquarters, Mark and Yolanda held an editorial conference with me in the front office of the Executive Building. Mark led the meeting to discuss plans to publish a new edition of Anchoring the Light Body on Earth. Thumbing through a copy of our first edition, I was surprised to discover that it contained numerous color photographs. I commented on that, as we typically publish only black-and-white editions, with photos printed in grayscale.

Interpretation: El Morya and Nada are signaling me that we are gearing up for a new infusion (new edition) of hierarchal energies for anchoring the light body on Earth, beginning now and leading into the upcoming Christmas cycle. Color photographs suggest the enhanced vibrational quality of the light-body energy being released from the higher dimensions.

 

Maitreya Implants Love

October 25, 2023. HIERARCHAL BOARD MEDITATION. Soon after our meditation began, a brilliant white flame of light entered my being. It penetrated to my very core and pervaded my auric field and physical body, but seemed centered more so through the heart chakra. As I adjusted to the heightened vibrational frequency, I realized it was Lord Maitreya.

An ascended master on the Seventh Ray of Love and Peace, Maitreya holds the office of Christ for our solar system. Also, with Archangel Michael, he is co-titular head of the Hierarchal Board. Maitreya’s name indicates his function: mat-ray, or pattern for Christ expression. He is of the race of man in the etheric realms and is the master teacher of Sananda.

Maitreya’s overshadowing materialized further, and telepathic lines of force were opened between us. I pleaded with him on behalf of Earthman: “Please teach us how to focus on the Christ matrix, so that we may be raised into Christ consciousness.”

His thoughts flowed into my Christ mind. He addressed Earthman throughout the planet, but particularly pinpointed his message on the current turmoil in the Middle East:

“Love is your only recourse. Love is your only way out of this third dimensional frequency, into the fourth dimension of Christ consciousness. Love is the only force that will heal all wounds, forgive all debts, dissolve all negative karma on Earth, and bring you into the Christ matrix.

“You will be severely pressed on all sides until you learn this lesson. Only through love will you raise yourselves into Christ consciousness. You must become love in action. I hold this matrix of love for all on Earth and in this solar system.”

Through my being, I anchored Maitreya’s love matrix at our Sun Temple headquarters of the I Am Nation. I was aware that the same love energy was being broadcast through Soliel-Robert, a Seventh Ray worker, who was meditating with me. As two representative light workers of the 144,000 elect, we served as balanced grounding rods, physical witnesses, for Maitreya’s decrees.

During the energy influx, clairvoyantly I saw all seven of my chakras as white energy spheres, about two feet in diameter. They were in alignment vertically, anchoring love energy on the planet to help raise all mankind. “I, as I am lifted up, will raise all others unto me.” Thus speaks the Christ. We are fully aligned with Sananda, Prince of Earth, in this work for the Second Coming program. So be it.

Note: Afterwards, Robert shared correlations from his own meditation, regarding a synchronous grounding of light. I was reminded of my contact with Lord Michael on October 11th, two weeks ago, with his First Ray implantation of the sword of truth. Thus, the Seventh Ray contact with Maitreya seemed a perfect counterpart of that experience, a further completion of action by the co-titular heads of the Hierarchal Board.

Also, I was reminded of the dream I’d had on October 23rd, two days earlier, wherein El Morya/Mark and Nada-Yolanda held an editorial conference with me, discussing plans for a new edition of our text Anchoring the Light Body on Earth. This meditation contact with Maitreya is a clear manifestation of that dream’s signal for a new infusion of light-body anchoring in this cycle.

October 11, 2023. HIERARCHAL BOARD MEDITATION. We entered meditation to focus on planetary projections for peace and balance, especially given the turmoil in the Mideast with the start of the Israel–Hamas War. On October 7th, hundreds of Hamas terrorists had invaded Israel from the Gaza Strip and had killed 1,200 Israeli citizens, including many women and children. Numerous unspeakable atrocities were committed in the surprise attack, including the beheading of babies and the slaughter of innocents. Hamas also took back into Gaza an estimated 150 hostages. Among the dead are a couple dozen American citizens; other Americans are either missing or have been taken hostage.

Israel has declared war against Hamas and vows to eliminate the terrorist organization. They have begun strategic airstrikes and have amassed troops on the Gaza border, in preparation for a full-scale invasion.

Soon after we said the Lord’s Prayer to begin, I was linked in light-body consciousness with Lord Michael, Archangel of the First Ray of Will and Power. To my clairvoyant vision, his magnificent form extended several hundred miles high. Standing astride the Middle East, he drew his sword of truth and plunged it into the heart of Israel. With the power of the sword of truth, he decreed the separation of good from evil, of truth from error, and he instilled justice and right action into the consciousness of Earthman. From that center point, the power of the archangel’s sword radiated to all countries in the region. As an anchoring point on Earth, I joined Lord Michael in his First Ray projection of the sword (words) of truth.

During my light-body alignment with the archangel, I was reminded of part of the vision that Lucia, one of the three children of Fatima, had recorded concerning Mary’s appearance in Portugal in October 1917. Explaining the “third secret” Mary had revealed, Lucia wrote: “After the two parts which I have already explained, at the left of Our Lady and a little above, we saw an Angel with a flaming sword in his left hand; flashing, it gave out flames that looked as though they would set the world on fire; but they died out in contact with the splendour that Our Lady radiated towards him from her right hand: pointing to the earth with his right hand, the Angel cried out in a loud voice: ‘Penance, Penance, Penance!’ ” (For a full account of the “third secret,” see our text Prophecies: 2000–4000 A.D., pages 64–65.)

After about twenty minutes, Lord Michael receded. Within a few moments, I was overshadowed by Mother Mary. Her vibrational aura, appearing as a soft energy sphere several feet wide, suffused particularly my upper chakras, from my crown through my heart. She was in deep sorrow, weeping for the sins of the soul of man, not only in the Middle East but throughout the world. I was reminded of the Bible verse about Lazarus’ death: “Jesus wept.” (John 11:35) With my heart expanded, I too was filled with love and compassion.

While in communion with Mary, I recalled one of the messages she had given to others during past light-body appearances. Basically, her warning had been: “The time will come when I can no longer hold back the arm of my son [that is, withhold the action of the sword of truth during the cleansings of the Latter Days].” Her implication to me was clear: “That time is now.”

After the meditation, I researched Mary’s message of the Latter Days. In an appearance to fourteen-year-old Mélanie Calvat in La Salette, France, in 1846, Mary had warned humanity: “If my people will not submit, I shall be forced to let go my son’s arm; it is so strong and heavy that I can no longer hold it up.”

Also, as recorded by Lucia, Beloved Mary had issued this warning at Fatima in 1917: “Proclaim in my name: a punishment will befall the entire human race. . . . What I revealed at La Salette through the children Mélanie and Maximin I repeat today before you. The human race has sinned and trampled with its feet the gift that was bestowed on it. Nowhere does order reign.

“Satan [sin or error] has reached the very highest places and decides the march of events. . . . He will have powerful nations under his empire. . . . If mankind does not take steps to stop him, I shall be obliged to let my son’s arm [sword of truth] fall. And then God will punish man far more severely than when He did so by means of the flood. The great and powerful will perish in the same way as the weak and small. . . . In the Hierarchal Board meditation, after about five minutes, Mother Mary disappeared from my auric field. I then surrounded myself with the violet flame of the Sixth Ray of Transmutation, my home ray. I pledged anew my service to St. Germain/Dr. Hannibal, my master teacher and Chohan of the Sixth Ray. As his disciple, I hold the violet flame in a state of quintessential poise. I help secure the balanced transmutation of Earth during the War of Armageddon in these Latter Days. So be it.

Dinner with the Masters

May 27, 2023. DREAM. While having a private dinner with El Morya/Mark and Nada-Yolanda, I expressed to them how happy I was to be working with them, serving the I Am Nation in whatever capacity Spirit needed me to fulfill.

 

Essenian Soul Recall

June 12, 2023. DREAM. In a village in ancient Israel, I was standing among a sizable crowd of people. We were all dressed in the rather drab, dull-white or gray-colored robes and shawls of the common folk of the day. At the front of the crowd stood a female teacher, addressing us. We listened respectfully. As she spoke, I suddenly realized that this woman is the same soul who has incarnated in this present lifetime as Susan M____, a good friend and a Mark-Age supporter. I awoke with a start before dawn.

Interpretation: This dream may be actual soul recall. Susan recently told me that she and her husband had incarnated as Essenes at the time of Jesus. I also recall having been in Israel at that time, had met Jesus at a village well when I was a small boy, and later had worked with the Christian disciples and apostles to spread the Gospel teachings. Perhaps this dream signals that I also knew Susan and her husband then.

 

Archangel Zadkiel

June 28, 2023. HIERARCHAL BOARD MEDITATION. In light-body consciousness I linked with Archangel Zadkiel of the Sixth Ray. I was ensconced in a huge violet pyramid crystal. Though it reminded me of an amethyst gemstone, the crystal was a manifestation of a purified, higher-dimensional, celestial-etheric energy beyond Earthly imagination. In this pyramid of light, I radiated the Sixth Ray of Transmutation, in order to burn off any and all dross left over from the spring cycle.

While working with the violet flame, I was reminded of a contact I had had with Zadkiel earlier this year, when he had alerted me for special transmutation work during the spring cycle. (Later, reviewing my diary, I discovered that that contact had occurred at our Hierarchal Board meditation on Ash Wednesday, February 22nd, the official start of the Easter/spring energy influx.)

Still enveloped in the violet pyramid crystal, I addressed the archangel: “Lord Zadkiel, teach me the proper and wise use of Creative Energy for the transmutation of planet Earth.”

In response, Zadkiel inserted a large gold ankh, or crux ansata, through my entire form, which remained embedded within the violet pyramid crystal. I then broadcast pure gold Om power and light to all on Earth. The violet pyramid crystal eventually turned entirely gold and expanded in size several hundred miles beyond our headquarters, becoming an anchoring point in this whole area and for the Western Hemisphere. It was then linked with all energy points around the planet. In conjunction with Robert, who was meditating with me, I radiated golden light to transform the Earth.

So, coming full circle as we overlap now into the summer action cycle, today’s second contact with Archangel Zadkiel represents a fulfillment of the transmutation work he had announced on Ash Wednesday, four months ago.

 

Decrystallization & Recrystallization

July 1, 2023. DREAM. From the hillside across the driveway, Robert, Jonathan and I watched as a large earthquake struck and destroyed Trinity House. The ground shook and buckled beneath our feet, but we held on and were unharmed. After the quake, we went over to Trinity House and walked through the rubble. Some walls and ceilings were still standing, though damaged. We assessed that it was a complete ruin, and we would need to rebuild. We determined that we would call our home insurance provider to file a claim and get an assessment.

Interpretation: The graphic symbolism is one of decrystallization (destruction from earthquake) and recrystallization (determination to rebuild Trinity House). In this instance, Trinity House represents my own trinity of consciousness, the temple of my I Am as manifested and expressed on Earth through my present incarnation.

Jesus said: “Tear down this temple and I will rebuild it.” Spirit, my I Am Self, through me, will restructure the new man of light and love in action. So be it.

 

Broadcasting for El Morya

July 24, 2023. DREAM. El Morya/Mark had revised one of his MAM (Mark-Age Meditations) scripts and handed it to me to record the broadcast personally for our meditation network. I was very happy to do so. I awoke before I could read the script and discover its theme.

In another dream segment later, I cleaned and scrubbed spic-and-span the communal bathroom in the residence where I was staying. Although it was not my turn to do the cleaning, I did it anyway.

Interpretation: Agreeing to record a broadcast of one of El Morya’s “scripts” is the same as speaking in his name, spiritually projecting his special First Ray message to mass consciousness of Earth. Although consciously I am not aware of the theme of his broadcast, it has been delivered through me on the inner, through my I Am intunement with him.

Cleaning the communal bathroom symbolizes my Sixth Ray functions for the transmutation of Earth in these Latter Days. Also, the bathroom relates to the elimination characteristic, one of the twelve powers of the I Am Self. Although this cleansing action also clears my personal karma, I take it on primarily to be of spiritual service to others (it is not my turn to clean the communal bathroom, but I do it anyway).

 

Nada’s Leadership

July 29, 2023. DREAM. Robert, Jonathan and I, along with several dozen of our members, gathered for a Mark-Age meeting led by Nada-Yolanda. During the meeting, it was disclosed that we had raised $7,000 in donations. Afterwards, I assisted Yolanda in packing up her materials to take to the car.

Interpretation: Seven is symbolic of spiritual fulfillment. But the amount raised in donations also is a good sign of supply coming in response to the financial appeal in our July-August newsletter, which was just mailed on July 25th. We asked our membership for help in defraying the $4,000 cost of our recent driveway/culvert construction project at headquarters. May Spirit through Its willing agents provide for Sananda’s needs at the I Am Nation. So be it.

Balance of Mind, Body & Soul

August 3, 2023. DREAM. I was at the doctor’s office for a six-month checkup. My doctor was an affable young man in his thirties. The checkup went very well. Afterwards, while sitting in the doctor’s office going over the good test results, we had a very friendly chat.

Later, I came across Nada-Yolanda. She appeared young and slim, and even had blue eyes and lighter-colored hair. I told her about my medical visit and the good report. She was very pleased to hear the news, and commented that perhaps I could dispense with these doctor visits altogether!

Interpretation: This is my fourth dream of a doctor visit over the past several months. The main difference in this one is that I actually see the doctor and speak with him afterwards about the good test results. This bodes well for the balance of my mind, body and soul; the spiritual work I have achieved in consciousness in this cycle.

The symbolism is further bolstered by my subsequent interaction with Nada-Yolanda, one of the primary spiritual teachers who guides my soul development. I share my report with her, and she is pleased. She even suggests a new release from this activity of soul evaluation and assessment, going forward. Her unique new appearance also indicates a change in vibration.

 

White Flame of Peace

August 23, 2023. HIERARCHAL BOARD MEDITATION. Linking in consciousness with Sananda and Sol-O-Man, I gave thanks for their spiritual guidance. As coequal, balanced, male-female masters of Seventh Ray energy, they are leading all of us on Earth into the New Age of Aquarius.

While I focused on divine peace, a Seventh Ray attribute, a dazzling white flame of light came over me and entered my auric field and physical form. Consumed with the white flame, I broadcast divine peace to all on Earth. (White and gold are the colors of the Seventh Ray of Divine Love and Peace. My contact may have been with the Elohim of the Seventh Ray, though I received no specific confirmation at that time.) With my clairvoyant vision, I also saw the white flame enter Robert, who was meditating with me. It then encompassed our entire headquarters force field, imbuing us with peace and protection.

 

El Morya Explains Energy Acceleration

August 24, 2023. DREAM. El Morya/Mark explained to a couple of staff members and myself the effects of the acceleration of higher energies that are now bombarding the planet, affecting all light workers and, through them, all on Earth. He spoke very knowledgeably and authoritatively, detailing some of the signs and symptoms evident in our consciousnesses and bodies. We listened attentively.

 

New Beginnings

September 7, 2023. DREAM. I began writing a script to record for our I Am Network of Light meditation network. The title of the broadcast was: “New Beginnings.”

Interpretation: As I approach the fall cycle, I begin anew: a spiritual renewal of mind, body and soul. So be it.

 

Sol-O-Man & Motah

September 27, 2023. HIERARCHAL BOARD MEDITATION. Within moments of beginning the meditation, I was overshadowed by a gentle, sweet, feminine presence. Clairvoyantly I saw her long, wavy, dark-brown hair cascading down below her shoulders. She radiated a peaceful, masterful presence. The specific frequency vibration of the female master was new to my contact experience. I asked who it was, then remained clear and receptive.

Momentarily, as I adjusted further to the overshadowing, I realized it was Margoah, an aspect of Sol-O-Man/Mary in her lifetime with Melchizedek, an incarnation of Sananda in Canaan in the nineteenth century B.C.* The unique vibration of Margoah was subtly different than how I have experienced Mary’s vibration many times over the decades, through dreams and meditation contacts and in channelings that Sol-O-Man/Mary has dictated through me.

I basked in Margoah’s presence of peace and love, and I anchored her vibration on Earth as a willing instrument for Sol-O-Man’s purposes.

Toward the end of the contact, which lasted about twenty minutes, Margoah transformed into Sol-O-Man the spacewoman, a spokesperson for the Sol-O-Man group of masters who are working for the upliftment of the soul of man throughout this solar system. Her facial features transformed: they became more refined and elongated, decidedly extraterrestrial. Her apparel also changed from a simple robe into a type of space uniform, with a hood, that I perceived as a two-tone pattern of white and dark colors. In my clairvoyant experience, I had not seen Sol-O-Man in quite this way before.

Her transformation as Sol-O-Man instantly triggered an infusion of my energy vibration as Motah, my high Self code designation and function as associated with the Motah Council in this solar system. (Motah is a code name for a segment of the Hierarchal Board’s information sources. We are involved with spiritual education, interdimensional and interplanetary communication, and hieronic energy transfers among the planes and planets of the Federation of this solar system.)

Through Sol-O-Man and myself as individual representatives, there ensued a cosmic communion of the two groups or bands of workers — Sol-O-Man and Motah — for the transformation of the soul of man and the reunification of Earth with the Federation of Planets. The two bands are indelibly connected throughout the solar system in service to the Hierarchal Board and the spiritual evolution of mankind.

In this divine communion, I anchored my Motah Self vibration solidly to Earth. After a few minutes Sol-O-Man departed, yet my Motah Self still overshadowed me fully. As has occurred often in communions with my high Self, my facial features also became transfigured by my outer-space aspect. Having sufficiently grounded this energy exchange for the benefit of all, I came out of meditation.

Self-Preservations for Light Workers

IN LEARNING HOW TO USE SPIRITUAL POWERS you pass through many grades and levels of spiritual development. Each step requires greater discernment in using wisely the knowledge you have gained and in preserving the solid foundation upon which you have built. To do this effectively you must maintain and preserve your balance in all aspects of mind, soul and body. Let us examine some of the things that will aid you in self-preservation as a light worker during the accelerated change from third to fourth dimensional frequencies.

While working on specific projects or receiving inspirational guidelines, there may be times when you cannot force actions, thoughts or works of any kind; they just will not flow. You may not have sufficient information, or there may be other factors beyond your conscious understanding that indicate it would be better to postpone that action temporarily. You can pick it up again when you feel right from within, when factors are more propitious for you to take action or to develop a particular thought. If you are patient at such times, a better time will come in which you can accomplish your task.

However, there is a difference between waiting for a properly inspired time to do something and simply procrastinating and never getting around to it, so that it becomes too late for it to be effective. You must use discrimination and discernment in following the inspiration of your high Self or other teachers.

Intuning the properly inspired time is important, because if you try to force an action you could cause yourself much stress and strain. You may not do the proper amount or the best quality of work that you would do if it were the right time. Also, you may affect inappropriately other people, not only those in your immediate proximity but also those you would reach with that action or project.

If it is not right, do not force it; for you can cause yourself considerable mental and emotional, even physical, anguish. At all times preserve your optimum performance as a light worker. Do not put too much stress and strain upon yourself, thus limiting or impeding your effectiveness. Sometimes it is better to do a little less work rather than to attempt too much and to render yourself ineffective for an indefinite period of time, or even permanently, in the Latter-Day hierarchal program. We need your vital service as a light worker at this time.

 

Conscious & Subconscious Aspects

Consider self-preservation ideas for the conscious and the subconscious aspects of mind. An important guideline for the conscious mind is to protect yourself as much as possible in the mental aspect. Do not look for trouble, or try to force your way upon people who have no interest in the program. Work silently with them, addressing their Christ Selves and their subconscious aspects, and ask that the project or the purpose you are engaged in for those persons or groups come to their attention at the proper time and in the proper ways.

This does not mean it always has to come to them in a conscious way. It can infiltrate from the superconscious or the subconscious when they are asleep, in their own meditations, or via the events that follow in their lives. Do not feel you have to be on the firing line twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week doing all of this work consciously yourself. Let the high Selves of others perform their rightful functions and works.

In your conscious thinking about the program, do not try to do too much with too many people. There can be severe repercussions if you do this in an outward manner, particularly amongst friends and family who are not yet receptive to the program. Many of you have had the pleasure and the privilege of seeing friends or family finally accept your way of thinking, when perhaps a few months or years ago they totally rejected you and your ideas.

As concerns their conscious aspects, do not do things deliberately to other people that would cause severe repercussions upon you. There are times, however, when you must stand up amongst strangers, family or friends and speak about the program. But always use judicious discernment and discrimination to intune how far you should go in the conscious aspect.

There are many things which are consciously upsetting to light workers. For example, the thought of being here on the Earth plane amongst the trials, the tribulations and the lower frequency vibrations is unnerving at times. Undoubtedly you have heard yourself or others exclaim: “I don’t like life on Earth. I wish I could go or be somewhere else. I don’t like being in this frequency vibration and having to deal with people the way they act on Earth now.” You are not unique in feeling this.

But you cannot afford to let it bother you too much, for you volunteered to come here to perform a service that will help many other people besides yourself, now and in the future. You are preparing now for future expressions and experiences, but you also are preparing other people for their upliftment.

In your conscious actions and thoughts concerning the program and your participation as a light worker, do not push yourself too far. Do not try to do too much. Do not try to be on the job all the time. Do not try to reach everyone on the Earth or in the astral planes, or feel you have to tell everyone all about the program. None of us are so important in the overall scheme that we have to keep track of everything and everyone all at once. We each have our own work to do.

Therefore, remain in conscious balance. Consider your entire conscious activity. Think of what you can do consciously to preserve yourself as a light worker. Your conscious thoughts and attitudes of self-preservation ultimately will pervade all levels and aspects of your subconscious activity and your four lower bodies.

Similar guidelines apply to the subconscious aspect. Though we are not aware of what is taking place in our subconscious activity much of the time, much of what we think about consciously comes to us or surfaces from the subconscious.

But even though you must cleanse and clear the conscious and the subconscious aspects while unfolding and developing spiritually, you should not try to do it constantly and without periods of rest and assimilation. For you will be in such a nervous state of turmoil and exhaustion that what you receive from your subconscious, or even from the mass subconscious, will keep you continually upset and uptight, causing you to feel you have to keep concentrating on cleansing and clearing yourself and making sure you are doing right. As a result you will not be able to think clearly about what you really should be doing.

Therefore, meditate often on what you can do to help preserve the conscious and the subconscious aspects of your own mind, and on the actions that result.

 

Preserve Four Lower Bodies

Use self-preservation guidelines also for your four lower bodies: mental, emotional, astral and physical. One of the most important guidelines is the care of the physical body. Too many light workers are prone to think that once they get into spiritual work all things will be fine with the physical body. They reason that all they have to do is speak the word and they will be in perfect health all the time; that they do not need any particular course of action or concept or practices, as regards eating or drinking or anything else concerning the physical body. If something does go wrong with the physical body, they may rationalize there is nothing to spiritual work after all. So, they often choose to forget about it. Such thinking is erroneous.

Moreover, many light workers neglect the physical body so much that it is apparent they are not able to function properly on the physical plane. They ignore the fact that physical-body upsets, disturbances, pains and debilitations of various kinds can have a definite, even permanent, effect upon their thinking and actions.

Light workers should have a serious understanding of the care of the physical body. Through our Healing Haven division, we have published much information concerning not only the care of the physical body but also the other bodies and the conscious-subconscious aspects of mind.

Among the major rules to consider for the physical body are taking care to stay away from diseases and caring for ailments as soon as they become prevalent. We are not immune to everything. In a physical environment many things affect us that are not necessarily the result of cause and effect from our own actions, but are due to where we are, the air we breathe, the food we eat, the water we drink, and so forth.

Keep uppermost in your thoughts the necessity for proper protein, vitamin and mineral intake. In periods of high-energy influxes when there are emotional and mental strains and spiritual transmutations of your body — and particularly light-body anchoring, which is beyond conscious control — great amounts of protein, B vitamins and calcium are expended. Many times certain symptoms indicate deficiencies in vitamins and minerals.

Be alert to these things. Pay attention to what you eat, including abstaining from things you know you should not eat. We do not recommend any special diets for you to follow, but be sensible about what you put into your physical body.

Be self-preservation minded, and aware of the limitations of your physical body. Do not overexert yourself. Pay attention to proper cycles of rest, sleep, vacations, changes of pace in your physical activities, and things of this nature. Do your very best to take care of the one-and-only physical vehicle you have in which to express on the Earth plane at this time.

Your physical body is extremely important to you and your high Self. Therefore, take care of it. Do not feel you know all there is to know about preservation of your physical body, for there is still much to learn.

Though there is much yet to be researched and understood about the astral body, we have learned from our studies, our channeled communications, and our Healing Haven research that much of what manifests eventually in the physical body develops first in the astral body. Some of these astral imbalances can be controlled and eliminated so they never manifest on the physical level. Much of the self-preservation or soul-healing work we do for you and others in this respect is accomplished via our spiritual projections and our various publications.

 

Mental & Emotional Aspects

The mental and the emotional bodies are equally important aspects to keep in mind when thinking of self-preservation. Unfortunately, many light workers feel that if they have spiritual principles, are unfolding in the light, are talking about the light body, are working for the program, they do not have to take care of the mental and the emotional bodies, because these aspects take care of themselves. This is not so.

Though such applies to a certain extent the higher you evolve, that depends upon many things: how far your spiritual evolvement has progressed in prior lifetimes; any illnesses, ailments or defects you have had in any of these bodies in prior lifetimes, here or elsewhere; how long you have been spiritually aware; how actively involved you are in light work in this particular lifetime; and many other factors.

Be aware of self-preservation in the mental aspects. Do not partake indiscriminately of mental techniques, statements, teachings, theories and instructions. Investigate, verify and confirm them before you proceed. Just as you would not take food into your physical body that you knew was contaminated and could cause serious ailments, you should apply the same principle in your self-preservation ideas for the mental body; and perhaps even more so than with the physical, for such error ideas may linger much longer than merely one lifetime.

Therefore, be careful of the ideas you follow, the things you accept. This applies not only to spiritual or so-called New Age ideas, as to whether they are true or false or partly in error, but also to all the things that happen in your life and in the world involving people’s ideas that lead to certain thoughts and actions. Analyze all of these things which enter your mind and affect your conscious and subconscious. Be self-preservation minded. You must think in terms of preserving your incarnation here on Earth in order to effect your highest good for the program as a light worker.

The same principles and guidelines apply to the emotional aspect. Much can come to bear upon the emotional body of which you are not even aware. Many times you may not know why you feel depressed or sad. It could be due to something occurring in your soul, or because you are picking up something from family, friends or the masses at large. You may be reacting to their upsets and confusions.

As the program advances towards its culmination with the Second Coming, there will be more stresses and strains; until they reach levels where there may be some diminishing of these. But in these Latter Days there are many disturbing, upsetting, confusing situations befalling the mass consciousness.

So, be alert to such things as waves of strange emotions that sweep through you, where you do not know what is causing them. Such already have been experienced by many at Mark-Age. Do not think these things cannot touch you, for they can, regardless of your spiritual understanding and expertise. These things are affecting all of us.

For example, you can be in tune unconsciously with something that is happening to individuals, to groups or to the masses in different parts of the world, and not even know about it. But they too are experiencing upheavals and adjustments during the changing of frequency vibration in this ending of an age. Because we are part of mass consciousness we also go through it.

We do not have all the answers on how to cope with some of these emotional occurrences. But you must be aware of them. You must work on them, knowing they will pass even though it seems you cannot do anything about it at that time.

Self-preservation means thinking primarily of yourself at times. Guard against becoming drained emotionally, mentally and physically. Be careful not to lose your sense of direction and what you believe in. With the higher influxes of energy and the many spiritual changes we all must go through, sometimes these symptoms are unavoidable. But you must take care of yourself as much as possible and not lose your sense of self-preservation.

It is necessary at times for a change of pace. There must be cycles of rest for rejuvenation. Therefore, do not try to be on the firing line all the time as concerns the program. Do not be giving one hundred percent of the time to other people and their needs and problems. Take some time — it may have to be periods of weeks or months — to dwell upon yourself and your relationship with God, your high Self, your master teacher, the Hierarchal Board and the hierarchal plan for Earth. Think about balancing yourself, intuning with your high Self and Spirit, so you can come out of that rest period refreshed and with new zeal and enthusiasm.

There are many new developments to look forward to for the hierarchal plan and program. Therefore, be rested and well balanced. Go within and think about yourself. Remain in a self-preserved state as a light worker on Earth, and be ready for new phases of the program. Be self-preservation minded.

Open Your Heart & Love the Earth

May 3, 2023. DREAM. A group of six women and I were linked in a hallowed spiritual bond. Our heart chakras simultaneously were fully expanded and became radiant with love. So great was the love energy that we were almost overwhelmed; all of us became teary-eyed as the exquisite power passed through us to planet Earth.

To the people around us who witnessed the demonstration, I explained what was occurring. Our hearts had been opened, I told them, and we were experiencing the tremendous effect of absorbing the mass consciousness of mankind’s thoughts all around the planet, causing us to respond to that energy mass with a greater love vibration than ever before, in order to transform it.

It was a holy and sanctified moment. The six women and I were unified as one heart. To the Earth, humanity and all life forms, we radiated love in action. Only love can transform the thought patterns of mankind of Earth, bringing peace, harmony and resolution of all karma as we enter the New Age.

Interpretation: The six women and I form a group of seven, symbolizing spiritual completion. The women represent various aspects of the feminine, soul, subconscious polarity of mind and energy; I represent the male, conscious polarity. (Note, too, that I work on the Sixth Ray of Transmutation; hence the presence of six females.) Bonded as a complete whole, we form a “seven in a circle,” the symbol of Mark-Age and the Latter-Day hierarchal program to prepare Earth for the Second Coming. Unified in the trinity of consciousness, as we all must be, together we anchor and hold the love energy of the I Am, superconscious Self, in order to transform the Earth and all on it.

Peace Be unto Earth

April 26, 2023. HIERARCHAL BOARD MEDITATION. For several days, in my spiritual projections, I have been guided to focus on the four-step Christ matrix: peace, love, cooperation and coordination. Entering meditation, I felt inspired to return to this theme. I linked especially with Sananda, calling upon his hierarchal guidance. The inpouring of energy increased, expanding my aura. Then, in light-body consciousness, I was projected high above the Earth, to view the planetary thought atmosphere.

As seen clairvoyantly from that etheric vantage point, the thought forms around the Earth seemed to roil with discord; to swirl in a confused, mostly-darkened mass; and here and there to erupt in negative red flashes, as one might imagine the volcanic eruptions and lava flows of early Earth development.

Immediately I began to project peace. I surrounded the entire planet with white light and projected Seventh Ray peace to mankind and all life forms. Suffusing the Earth with a sphere of white light, I encased it also in a protective layer of solid gold, to hold the white light intact so that it would envelop and steadily transform all thought patterns.

As I held this visualization, I also decreed to all nations and peoples: “Cease the hostilities.” This was one of the key phrases for the first step of peace that Nada-Yolanda had intuned for the Christ matrix in 1993. It echoes Jesus’ command to the storm: “Peace, be still!” (Mark 4:39)

Soon, an angelic presence joined my force field, greatly augmenting the power of peace. Although the angel remained unidentified, it may have been Archangel Uriel or one of her emissaries, as the energy broadcast was solely one of Seventh Ray peace.

Also, I felt linked with Soliel-Robert, a Seventh Ray worker, who was meditating at Hilarion House, on spiritual retreat. United in light-body purpose, from the Sun Temple focus at I Am Nation headquarters, we sent forth the decree to humanity: Peace!

After about another ten minutes, I was released from the projection, the angel receded, and I came out of meditation.
