IN MANY ASPECTS THE THOUGHT OCCURS to those in Earth plane consciousness: the contradictions that remain in the Earth of why wonders and signs are not forthcoming and why we have manifesting such lower energies that seem to negate that which is of the highest. For example, in many holy sanctuaries there are the lowest of activities, according to man’s discernment or man’s moralities as he has produced them and has inflicted them upon his fellowmen. So we had in the days of Jesus when the moneylenders had more or less proclaimed the temples of worship as their own private domain.

We have today the greatest activity and the greatest successes, as far as man is concerned, in the moneymaking functions, in the gambling aspects and even in the sexual proclivities of ones who profess power and knowledge and extreme advancement. All of this seems a great paradox to those of spiritual dedication and those of sincerity of purpose and those of purity in heart.
The minds and souls of those who are raised beyond these energy vibrations cannot conceive that men in those activities also are sons of God and have produced perhaps great consciousnesses, as far as utilizing energy force. It is really quite simple in its explanation. There really should be no paradox. The simplicity is almost of a humorous nature, if one can rise high enough above the mortal condemnations to see this simplicity and, in fact, this humor.
All is energy. Regardless of how you wish to analyze and to label that energy, it still is part of productivity, or its energy actually does produce effects. Therefore, the denser and denser that man works in the plane on which he operates, the more in tune he is with the outpouring of that particular energy level — such as the third dimensional plane, and the lower chakra centers or the lower aspects of energy, such as sex and material gain — the more he produces of that particular product and the more that product produces or regenerates of itself.
Therefore, those who do produce and reproduce in that level or of that product are in effect aware of kinetic energy as it reproduces itself in kind. Naturally, those of a spiritual nature wish constantly to raise the awareness of that energy production, and should continue and must continue to do this. But it is not proper or right to think in terms of condemnation of that which is produced, for those who do produce and reproduce in certain areas are operating on a certain level of cosmic energy. Only in their translation and in their desires are they of a lesser kind.

In other words, what is being brought to your attention at this time is that there is only one kind of energy. There is only one kind of source of life. Life can only reproduce life. Energy only can create more energy. There are not two energies, a good energy and a bad energy; there is only one energy. It is a matter of where you apply it, how you apply it and what your purpose is. This only is the difference, this only is the coloration, this only is the effect that you will have in the area where you work.
Therefore, we also wish to make you aware of this fact in many holy areas, such as the place from which this is being broadcast. Called today Lake Tahoe, but in bygone years upon this planet before physical life was reproducing itself in the great attributes and numbers that are prevalent today and therefore was the home and substance of energy being produced for spiritual life and spiritual effects, it contains a magnificent amount of this kinetic energy or thought power.*
Men are attracted, therefore, to this energy. In their lowly state and in their wrong aspects of connotation, they feel and sense this energy on the power and level of corrupt material gain. For there was corruption even then in the splitting of the concept and the purpose for which the higher spiritual guardians had come to this Earth planet, even when it was in the fourth dimensional state or was producing fourth dimensional energy force.
So, because this is static electricity, in a sense, trapped in this particular environment, a way of life that reproduces that same connection, with power, with lust and with the greed of spiritual sons to contain more than they were at right to contain in their governmental procedures many millions of years ago, this same creative thought substance is being reproduced over and over again.
You have, on the other hand, two aspects or two levels of expression in an area such as this. One is of great exhilaration and unification with the God forces and energy patterns of the nature kingdoms, a release, a relaxation, a refreshment and a rehabilitation. On the other hand you have accumulation of energy, accumulation of power and the lust and greed for more, which has not been earned via one’s own efforts.

But accumulation attracts more accumulation, energy attracts more energy, for this is the way of energy force. It is given most clearly and definitely in the parable which Jesus himself has laid down: For each talent — which, in terms, is kinetic energy, force, substance, money, goods — that which you put to work or use, doubles, triples, quadruples; that which you lay aside and will not put to work withers and is even withdrawn from your power. [Matthew 25:14–30]
So, the total concept of those who have creative power and are aware of creative power and thought substance is that they must put it to work. They cannot afford to let it lie still, to expect it to expand of itself because they in their hearts are good and have highest intentions. It is up to each man to put his kinetic or spiritual energy to work according to the highest desires and the highest needs and the most productive means by which this is done.
If he is of the highest spiritual consciousness, he will see that it does not come back to himself necessarily, but benefits the all of mankind, of which he is but one part, and in that way it benefits himself. For he cannot progress until all the race progresses. He cannot be raised and expanded until all within the same level of consciousness or the same level of expression — or the same tribe, if you will — expand and are replenished and fed. “For that which you do to the least, you do to me.” [Matthew 25:40] That which the smallest atom gains is gained within my atom of being. Every atom of my being gains, grows, expands and rehabilitates itself. This is divine law in action. This is love in action.
So, kinetic energy is that which replaces, refurbishes and reenergizes all which is in the consciousness of the receptacle conceiving and using it from within and without and returning back unto its source. This is the light body in its highest aspects.
But what is to be gained here in knowledge, and in full acceptance also, is that no man, regardless of what level he is expressing, is expressing less than spiritual energy in motion. How much of this goes forth and benefits, and in what way it benefits, the masses depends on the purity and the purpose of that receptacle — or individual, if you will — who sends it. So, there is nothing else but energy, light and love that are in operation.
Raise then the motive, raise then the purpose for which you wish to see light and life come into fruition. According to your fruits, you will bear many more of like measure. In other words, that desire which you send out will be returned unto you in the same measure and manner.
It is not up to you to determine how, where and through what means it is returned. But you select the fruit which you wish to have borne within yourself and in all mankind. This is divine law again. According to that divine law, you shall replenish the Earth and shall lift the Earth and yourselves with it. Amen. So be it in truth.

* Lake Tahoe, located along the California–Nevada border, was the site of the governmental seat of the Elder race in Lemuria (see Evolution of Man, page 10). Situated at an elevation of 6228 feet, surrounded by mountains up to 10,000 feet and by vast national forests, Lake Tahoe is regarded as the most scenic area on Earth. It had been a rest and relaxation area, but in the mid-twentieth century it was developed extensively as a gambling resort along the Nevada shores, as a ski and winter sports playground and as a residential area.
