LORD URIEL, Archangel of the Seventh Ray. . . . You have been assured that the time for certain developments and manifestations of the light body is upon you. . . . You have had advance preparation. . . . We now begin to experiment and to experience the light-body manifestation upon the Earth planet. Yours is a simple and easy task if you will let go and let God do all the work in and through you. . . .
My function and purpose are as the guardian of that which is the most precious part of your total being: your spiritual Self. . . . This [I Am] Self body or light form has come to be made manifest upon the Earth third dimensional frequency again.
It had its place and its power and its experience in the third dimensional matter many long eons ago. [See Mark-Age text Evolution of Man.] But man forfeited his connection and transferred his consciousness, for the most part, into the mortal vehicle or the temporary shell we call the personality self, the physical body. He thus experienced all the five senses and all the rational, logical, mental activities that are associated with that body or that temporary personality. It was only when he experienced the transfer or the transition known as death that his soul became awakened and remembered his I Am or spiritual body. . . .
There are three major bodies to be contended with: the physical personality, the soul or astral form, and the spiritual I Am or resurrected light terminal point. . . . This I Am identity or Self cannot be shed, cannot be transferred, cannot be deadened, as it exists eternally in God or Creative Energy, the principle of life, light, truth. It is the love aspect of God.
What has been expressed by the light and the truth becomes love. Light is the feminine aspect or the enlightenment of God. Truth is the principle or the law. Love is the expression of this Energy. So, the love of God, which is your I Am consciousness or spiritual Self, is formed eternally from the beginning and never can be dissolved in any way, shape or form. . . .
Guardian Angels
When it seemed mankind would lose his identity or connection or consciousness with his I Am presence and the light form, the wisdom or light of God, which is the Mother aspect, prepared a protective device. That is the guardian angel. . . . All archangels then were alerted to this discrepancy or dis-grace of mankind and became the protectors of the light body, that the light body might exist and have consciousness and 
activity independent of the personality engram and the soul dis-grace. [See Mark-Age text Angels and Man.] How do we use this term dis-grace, but to say a loss of grace, the loss of the connection with the I Am Self or the light body. This fall from grace then did not affect the activity and the perfection of the spiritual form and body. It continued to operate and to function and to express itself endlessly through all time, regardless of where its extensions, which are your personalities and soul burdens, took you individually and collectively as a race.
Now some are evolving out of this dis-grace or fall of man and becoming reunited with their light forms or spiritual Selves. . . . In making ready for this reconnection consciously and full of desire, one has to come into contact with those who guard that body and make it effective in the third dimensional frequency. . . .
By the time you have become aware of your light form, your I Am consciousness, you will become aware also of those special creatures surrounding, protecting and energizing the light body. They are your guardian angels. Angelic forms are particularly involved in the elements of any dimension with which they are concerned. It is their special function. You as a race are more in the governing aspects and the executors of all consciousness, higher and lower than yourselves. You are executors of and expressers of love itself. But the angelic forms are more concerned with the manipulations of energies as they express through the elements that make up any dimension or sphere. . . .
Realignment with Light Body
You have certain elements in the light body and in the physical form, as well as in the soul record or astral body . . . , which need a corresponding link or reformulation. When it comes to pass that you have cleansed the astral body sufficiently and the mortal will has accepted the I Am consciousness or light expression, a re-formation or realignment of all three bodies or levels is effected by the guardian angel who protects the light body until this time sequence and event. Then by gradually adhering to the presence and status of your soul body at that time, the physical form and light body come into a special relationship.
It is from that moment on that a chemicalization takes place, unknown and uncontrolled and unhampered by the physical, mortal mind. It is not something that you can direct, that you can ask for, that you can halt. It is something that is the responsibility only of those protectors, guardians who have aligned themselves with the light frequency. They alone may dissolve the physical form or replace it with the light body or resurrected form; all the time the pivotal point being your astral or soul consciousness. This naturally is your responsibility, as an individual, as a special creation, as a unique personality Self, the higher Self.
By bringing all matters that have occurred to you which you have been responsible for in the eons of soul unfoldment into the proper balance, frequency and understanding, you have a pivotal point whereby the higher frequency of your I Am Self, directed and supported by the angelic kingdom, comes into stronger focus and superimposes over the physical form, consuming it in the process. This is partially a transmutation, but is not the transmutation that occurs during the process of dissolving karma and soul experiences which have been in error, because the light frequency cannot overshadow the physical form until all error conditions in the soul record have been balanced properly and equalized in the conscious mind.
So, while you have revelation of many past errors and experiences in the soul mind, you work at transmuting them. But that is not the same thing as coming higher into Self consciousness, perfect body form of the light frequency. It is only after all that work is completed and the soul record is balanced totally in the conscious mind through dream, through meditation, through reflection and through hard work and transmuting properties that we come to the step of which I now speak. Until this step is reached, you are not fully in the Christ consciousness.
Yes, indeed, you come to certain areas of Christ awareness. You even come into certain areas of Christ powers and can express many, many things of the Christ nature. But you are not totally in the full Christ manifestation or I Am Self, body and perfection until the dissolving of the total record is effected and the spiritual body superimposes over the physical form and dissolves it. . . .
As you deliberately remove from your conscious mind and relationships those soul karmic ties and failures, becoming stronger and stronger in the spiritual identity of your roles, missions and fulfillments for the program and the Christed body of which you are part, then your own light form superimposes over your physical energies and reconstitutes them and makes them more powerful and less subjected to the limitations of the third dimensional frequency. Then you are master over the third dimension and are already proceeding in fourth dimensional frequency, no longer limited by the third dimensional form and matter, neither in your body nor in your environment nor in your relationships to that environment and dimension. That is the process we are working for and toward.
You will have much assistance on these things. You will have much knowledge of these things as we proceed. You will become more alert to the contact of your I Am presence and Self. You will become aware of those guardians and angels and devic forces that surround you and are constantly energizing the elements and resetting the balance between these elements and the higher forms and the superelements that override the ones to which you are subjected when in a physical form or in an astral form.
