While searching by hand my typewritten diary (pre-computer) on an entirely unrelated matter, I came across the following entry of an extraordinary light-body journey I had experienced in a Mark-Age public meditation at headquarters on November 30, 1984. I had completely forgotten this meditation!
Viewed in hindsight, it obviously was a precursor to my landmark 1991 light-body journey to the central sun, chronicled in my blog entry “Journey to Son/Sun Consciousness.”
November 30, 1984. MEDITATION. My thoughts were directed towards Glo-Ria, as I desired to link and to coordinate with her more consciously; also, to receive more specific information about the current status of the space program. She has been on my mind the last couple of days.
Though I never felt contact with her, eventually I saw a hand extending towards me. Finally, I was able to envision myself reaching up and grasping it. It lifted me up. In my light body, I began to work with projections to the planet.
My thoughts were led to the sun. In my light-body consciousness, I enfolded or embraced completely the solar logos in my heart and solar plexus centers, such that we became one. I was gloriously aflame with love, coordination, unification and integration with the interplanetary brotherhood, and my consciousness expanded to encompass all planes, dimensions and planets of our solar system. This was the greatest link I had ever experienced with the beingness of the sun.
From the sun, in my light body I moved outward, passing slowly each beloved planet. As I would pass, I linked with and blessed all living things on all planes of that planet: etheric, astral, physical planes; all kingdoms and realms, including angelic; all entities and creatures. I linked with each planetary logos, experiencing its unique radiation and purpose within the solar system.
When I got out beyond Pluto, I included in my consciousness the other three planets of our solar system that we know nothing about consciously. [Those three exist in an etheric vibration and are not detected by our physical instrumentation.] I was one, thus, with all twelve planets of our solar system.
Looking back, I united with all dimensional connections throughout the solar system. All is one, living, breathing whole in Divine Mind.
Yet, I could not stop there; I could not limit myself to just my own solar system. So, from the outer boundaries of our system, I linked with the galaxy, encompassing countless worlds upon worlds, beings upon beings; my love expanded to include them all.
Still I could not stop. I linked next with the many galaxies of our local grouping in our sector of the universe, trying as best I could to stretch my mind even further into the far reaches of space. I realized, though, that I could go on forever, and still never reach the end of the universe. So, in a last effort, I unbounded my mind and felt my oneness with the entire universe; and sent love to every being everywhere, knowing that my love is received, is felt, is returned. For Spirit, who encompasses us all, is omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent. I knew I was experiencing one facet of the new spiritual expression we as a solar system are moving into.
I became aware that I must return home. So, from out among the galaxies, I traveled my path in reverse, reaching back into our solar system, back past each planet, until I focused myself once again at the sun, the solar logos, the central core. Then I returned to Earth, descended from space and smoothly reentered the room and my own body vehicle.
The beauty of it all is that once back I continued to experience the same love and oneness I had felt in the heavens. My blessing thus went out to each one in the room, just as it had to the other beings of the universe. All love and oneness . . . are . . . here . . . now.
My macrocosmic journey ended at the microcosm, and to me there could be no separation in experience. Through the I Am, all is ONE.
Note: After meditation, I felt a pressure around my whole head, and I knew I was still being realigned to the energy I had just experienced. I was really zapped. Note, also, that Patricia shared that she had had a similar type of experience in meditation. She says she was taken in a spaceship to the central sun. She remembers nothing about it, but she had much difficulty in grounding back into the physical afterwards. One could tell that she had experienced some form of expansive out-of-body projection.
During my diary search, I also came across the following dream from 1983, illustrating coordinated contact from within and beyond our solar system.
Conference Outside Our Solar System
March 23, 1983. DREAM. I was outside our solar system, and with some friends attended a meeting or conference. I walked into the cafeteria, where everyone had gathered for the meeting and also to eat. I got my tray of food and looked for a place to sit. I noticed a long 
table where representatives from every planet in our solar system were seated. Each alien looked different. I then sat at this table, joining those of my solar system.
Before we began to eat, someone asked me to get up and say a prayer for planet Earth. I stood on a chair, so as to have a commanding view of everyone in the large cafeteria, and began my prayer. However, rather than concentrating solely on Earth, I stated my prayer for the whole solar system and the Federation of Planets, as if that perspective was the starting point for considering spiritual projections to Earth. So, I first asked for blessings on our entire Federation, and then focused my prayer on the planet Earth.
After I finished and went back to my table, someone said to me, “That wasn’t a prayer, that was a lecture!”
Interpretation: On one level, the dream is a subconscious projection and symboling, showing me that even from the standpoint of subconscious conditioning I tend to think of the situation on Earth in terms of the Federation — a holistic view of our solar system. This is a good sign, and shows that I am spiritually primed for my mission for the Federation.
