Download of Light
October 13, 2013. All day, from the time I woke up till around five o’clock in the afternoon, I anchored a massive download of light. I felt discombobulated and had some difficulty functioning at full capacity on the physical plane.
Fortunately it was Sunday, a day off, and I could rest and relax, read and meditate, tune in with the hieronic energy. I felt solidly linked with the work Robert and MariLyn were accomplishing on the Teton Mission.
This type of significant transfer of energy has happened before during the last few days of hierarchal missions, so I’ve learned to “go with the flow” and to remain steadily in sync.
Cheyenne Checks In
October 14, 2013. DREAMS. Last night I had two dream snippets of Cheyenne visiting me. In the first one, Robert and I were in my office, preparing to go to the bank to make a deposit, when I looked out my office window and there was Cheyenne, happily and eagerly looking in the window to get my attention to come inside (as she always used to do). She was with [my 
neighbor’s] dog Shadow. (That name perhaps symbolizes the “astral shadow,” and the window of course is the clear view between planes.)
In the second dream I was sitting at my computer working, and Cheyenne came up, wagging her tail, and stood in front of me, between my knees and the computer desk (as she always used to do). I petted her. She was very happy to be with me.
Cleansing Flood
October 15, 2013. DREAM. (Last day of Teton Mission.) At the former Davie, Florida headquarters, there had been a torrential rainstorm, resulting in a massive flood that ravaged the town. Nada-Yolanda and I observed the onrush of the black, oily, muddy waters overrunning the streets and canals, destroying or damaging many homes in the area. The floodwaters, perhaps ten feet high, almost had topped our berms out front, and actually had broken through in places, partially flooding our own property. But the main offices and living quarters were spared.
In judgment, Yolanda declared: “The town authorities knew this area was vulnerable, but didn’t take action to shore it up.” She intimated that they only had themselves to blame.
Interpretation: As a result of the hierarchal energies released during the Teton Mission, there comes a cleansing of the effluvia of man’s mortal consciousness. The Florida headquarters represents the old thought patterns associated with former times, even dating back to Atlantis; thus it also refers to the subconscious or astral realm that houses those memories.
Davie (David) symbolizes a beginning level of the spiritual love aspect, which still needs cleansing and purification. The release of energies during the Teton Mission, via the conduit of the ancient Temple of Venus, is stirring up mass consciousness, especially evaluations and expressions of the Third Ray that relate to the original fall of man through selfishness and self-centeredness. The segment that fell into third dimensional matter failed to express selfless devotion to God and fellowman; that is, they adulterated the true spiritual demonstration of the Third Ray of Personal Love.
Nada-Yolanda, the keeper of the karmic record, states her clear judgment.
Light-Worker Conference
October 18, 2013. DREAM. Robert and I, perhaps also MariLyn and Jonathan [my brother], were at a weekend conference held somewhere out west. Dozens of light workers attended. They were a mishmash of mid-level spiritual seekers; an eclectic group of souls who, though well-intentioned, were not entirely focused in their spiritual search but were involved in a hodgepodge of interests and activities. Robert and I were not participating as seminar leaders or keynote speakers, but were primarily observing. The conference, which was hosted by several individuals, was a hubbub of constant activity.
After one program, I became tired and wanted to go relax and freshen up. I asked one of the hosts, a woman named Rachel, where I should go. She led me to my dorm room (#4) in another area of the building complex. As I started to sit down on one of the bunks, I awoke.
Interpretation: The incoming higher energies are stirring up activity among light workers whom I would associate with the fifth and sixth astral planes — that is, mid-level seekers. They are interested in a smorgasbord of spiritual subjects, yet 
are not necessarily focused on the New Age program as defined clearly by the spiritual Hierarchy. Room number four symbolizes a need to crystallize or focus the disparate levels of consciousness more effectively in physical manifestation.
According the Charles Fillmore, the name Rachel means “migrating; journeying in droves; ewe; sheep; lamb.” He interprets metaphysically: “The feminine, receptive, or soul phase of the pure natural life in the organism of man. This phase of life that Rachel signifies is as yet in a transitory state. It is fruitful only on the higher, spiritual plane of ideas. (Rachel was for a time barren; her two sons, Joseph and Benjamin, were the result of prayer, and they represent the faculties of imagination and active faith.)”
That is to say, in order for Rachel to bear fruit, or positive ideas, she must focus her spiritual consciousness effectively.
If the dream should be interpreted also to represent a congregation of mid-level thoughts in my own consciousness that need reevaluating, then the same advice is true: I must focus my thoughts and uplift my consciousness through prayer and spiritual discipline.
Heads-up from St. Germain
October 23, 2013. HIERARCHAL BOARD MEDITATION. During our weekly meditation, St. Germain/Dr. Hannibal contacted me briefly and relayed that he was planning something new for me. He did not specify what or when. But I should consider myself so advised by my master teacher.
Protection Advised
October 28, 2013. DREAM. At a state park in the woods, I was with Cheyenne. (Initially, one other unidentified person was with us). We took cover under a lean-to that had been built in a fenced-in area. Rocks previously had fallen in that location, so the park had provided the added protection.
Suddenly, a car full of young people came speeding down the adjacent woodland lane and crashed headlong in the ditch. The people, apparently unhurt, got out of the car and opened the gate to enter the fenced-in enclosure. Although they were not overtly threatening, I sensed that a direct encounter with them would not be wise. I called Cheyenne, who also was keenly alert, and we left immediately in order to avoid them. At one point along the trail, I noticed that Cheyenne was lagging behind me, out of sight, so I quickly doubled back to get her. When I reached her, I joyously petted her, hugged her, and told her how much I loved her.
Interpretation: My pairing with Cheyenne emphasizes spiritual protection. Although we are out in the woods (the wilds of mass consciousness; in this case, the astral planes), we are under a lean-to (protective dome of light) in a fenced-in zone (secure 
perimeter) established by state-park authorities (spiritual protectors). There is a risk of falling rocks (negative thought projectiles). The unidentified individual was another higher astral guide. It was not specified whether the person was male or female, so I don’t know if it was Kaileah.
The young people who crash their speeding car represent those thought elements and individuals who are out of control, unable to conduct themselves in spiritual alignment with the higher energies at this stage of the hierarchal program. Though they may not be threatening, per se, they are certainly not trustworthy. In fact, they breach the fence (perimeter) of the protective zone. My inner senses immediately alerted me to avoid unnecessary confrontation with them.
I was always protective of Cheyenne during her life on the physical, and I remain so in my inner plane contacts with her. Mankind is a spiritual guardian of the lower kingdoms. I conduct my interdimensional relationship with Cheyenne accordingly.
Remain Vigilant
October 29, 2013. DREAM. Our head of maintenance and I were walking along the perimeter road of our headquarters, examining the front access to our property. (The scene was in Tennessee at our current location, yet there were visual differences.) He pointed out to me that, as a result of recent rainstorms, there had developed several erosion ruts, even some undercutting of the roadbed, that were a cause for concern and should be repaired immediately. I agreed and went back to our executive committee to report the situation and to set the repairs in motion.
Interpretation: The dream is yet another warning sign to increase spiritual protection. The rainstorms symbolize the cleansings occurring now in mass consciousness. Adverse mass reactions to these cleansings result in a barrage of disjointed, upsetting thoughts and emotions that pound our individual and group force fields. Breaches (ruts and undercutting) of protection at the perimeter can result. As light workers, all of us must take action immediately to shore up our secure spiritual foundation (roadbed). As the saying goes, “Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty [spiritual freedom].”
The head of maintenance symbolizes spiritual forces of wisdom, judgment and discernment who are looking out for us, forewarning of potential problems, helping to secure our Christ protection of white light.
