ASTRAL PLANE AND EARTH PLANE must coordinate in order to complete our function in this . . . phase of operation. It is necessary to clear up all misunderstandings about astral plane functions before the end of this era in order that we can move together as a coordinated whole and bring about the full aspect of fourth dimensional consciousness through Earth plane life. Until this is done many will live in fear and trepidation over such concepts as have been forthtold prior to this cleansing, purification period known as the Mark Age.

Astral plane thinking and living are merely the residue of unfinished business between lives of Earth plane living. This applies to every planet in our solar system. Some naturally are much more advanced than those of astral dimensions concerning the Earth planet, since the Earth planet is so low on the rung of evolvement for the souls of man throughout eternity. By no means is it the lowest; but for our solar system it is among the lowest.

So, when you conceive of astral plane experience and communication, you merely are expressing those thoughts and relationships and feelings that have not been clarified and have not been purified upon the Earth. For none in the astral plane can move into the etheric until all such karmic obligations are completed. It is only in the etheric and celestial realms that purity of motive and purity of intention are clearly defined and expelled. But on the astral you have these lessons still unclear and these experiences still undefined. . . .

Many souls hardly take up incarnation on the Earth plane, for they feel it is unworthy of their expression as souls and sons of God. Therefore, you will have contact with many who have not experienced Earth plane life for thousands of years and in some ways feel quite superior to those who have taken up incarnations upon the Earth in order to understand and to express God’s function in a material, third dimensional body.

However, these souls are as erroneously conceived in these propositions as those on Earth who have a smattering of esoteric-spiritual knowledge and think they only may contact and have court with those of the celestial or higher etheric planes. None are excluded from the palace of God’s life; or, another way of putting it, in the many mansions which my Father has built so His children may enjoy experience and learn of life. You have to rid yourselves of prejudice and superiority in every way. That includes those who reside and express upon the astral.

Naturally, we have warned you for many long years and for eons of time, through other channels and works and scriptures, that consorting with lower astral entities who wish only to express themselves in another dimension, due to the power they sense and the exaltation they feel in such command over another dimension, has been of erroneous living substance and practice. We have warned, through many lives and through many schools of thinking, that such contacts are not for the highest interests of those upon a given plane.

It is true, upon the level it was given, that those of lower evolvement who use it for wrong motives are not to be encouraged. So, you have not encouraged this. But we are here speaking of something much more involved and more highly desirable than yet has been announced. This is the coordination between planes and dimensions so all life can move into a higher evolutionary cycle as concerns Earth plane living.

You have been given, prior to this time, that surrounding the Earth plane are many astral levels, and beyond that the etheric plane is shared by all the planets in our solar system, with of course the celestial plane being the go-between or the connecting link between universes. But you have not understood fully as yet that Earth plane and astral plane linkage moves together in coordinated thinking toward a more refined etheric so that the interplanetary program is completed on a spiritual level of conception.

Here is another way of looking at it, aside from the impersonal and the collective sense. We wish you to realize that your astral plane coordination involves your own unfinished business. For within each soul are many ramifications or spheres of influence resorting to his lives that were incorporated in part of the akashic record. Everywhere that he has produced constructive and complementary experience he has the record well established within his own subconscious track. This must be opened and reviewed. It must be vilified, it must be practically annihilated where it is not going to enhance his further development as a spiritual clear channel of God. This is the individual work each soul upon the Earth must face.

You have been given many tests in the last hundred and twenty years [i.e., since the mid-nineteenth century] of reviewing this type of thinking and experience within your individual consciousnesses whenever there was incarnation either in astral or in Earth plane existence. This involves billions of souls which you cannot even begin to conceive of, for they are not all involved in the Earth in this particular time. But they are coming and going between dimensions, in this last period of time we have mentioned, in order to clarify their error thinking, their past karma as far as relationships are concerned. So, many souls therefore in the last hundred and twenty years have taken up incarnations in this particular dimension you call Earth plane living in order to resolve these past lives.

Then in other cases, where it was not feasible for them to take upon themselves form in third dimensional life upon the Earth, they have come into communication or contact with Earth plane life through astral expression. They have influenced Earth plane life. They have projected thoughts or even have channeled through in the manner in which we have spiritualistic-type phenomena. This is the reason why spiritualism, as you now know it in its lower form and purposes and relief, has come into such prominence in this last hundred-year period we are mentioning. It is for the very purpose of coordinating these dimensions and for giving expression and experience unto those on the two levels so they may interchange their energies and may interchange their experiences, that they may come to know one another more clearly. . . .

This has been the purpose for the Hierarchal Board’s instilling and instigating these programs and productions. . . . But like in all new things, as well as old, concepts and ruts are formed and you fall into them and remain there without wishing to remove yourself, because it is comfortable and has become a way of life. This is not to continue in the next immediate cycle of time. You will find therefore that . . . these concepts of life after death, astral life and the coordination of planes will become a matter of acceptance. . . .

It will cause many to fall into that pattern in such a way as they desire to be in it, and even will attempt to cross the barrier through meditation, through drugs, through other occult means. Unfortunately, there will be some who will not be able to retain the balance or equilibrium and will desire actually to terminate the physical life form and to advance into the astral plane living. This is completely erroneous and not the intention, and only would be caused by a terrific imbalance in the individual’s personal karmic pattern. But none are to be condemned for this, since we are accelerating the program in such a degree that we must accomplish . . . what has not been clarified and has not been fulfilled completely in the last one hundred and twenty years. . . .

It also must be demonstrated in the next several years that certain channels will be able to move from one dimension to the other in conscious, physical form and to return to the original place of operation. They will step through one door and will return through the same door many, many times. . . .

Our single desire is for each soul to come into his own Christ-aware state so he may know he is eternally a son of God and has great power to do all these things that have been demonstrated for eons of time. That mainly is our purpose and our goal. But in order to accomplish our purpose and our goal, we must have demonstrations in order that others may see and be enlightened and have the focal point and pattern by which they operate in that consciousness as sons of God. It is not sufficient to accept the fact that you are a son of God with all the powers and talents entitled to such a one through the heritage of the relationship with the All-Powerful and the Almighty. . . . You must know how to use them and for what purpose they are used.
