July 13, 2014. DREAM. Under Nada’s guidance, I received from my high Self a lengthy inspirational intunement detailing the legal case against an individual who was accused of murder. Nada was impressed with my comprehensive spiritual 
analysis, so she assigned me to work on the case with the District Attorney’s office. I was paired with a woman who also would be involved. Without delay, I began to prepare a long legal brief of my intunement for the District Attorney. We were on a deadline to file charges.
Interpretation: Nada is a member of the Karmic Board, a department of the spiritual Hierarchy that adjudges the credits and debits of each individual’s soul record, and assigns or permits incarnations, lessons and roles for everyone in this solar system. In my training and function as a communications channel under her guidance, at times she works through me — a willing vessel or grounding agent — to reveal assessments of mass consciousness, even of certain individuals.
The individual accused of murder represents Cain, who killed Abel. The biblical allegory involves a segment of the Elder race known as the Cains, who, in their disagreement with the Abels, wanted to subjugate the fallen human subrace, rather than to teach them how to reevolve into fourth dimensional or Christ consciousness. The Abels, led by Sananda, championed the spiritual birthright of the humans. But twenty-six million years ago, in a final mental-spiritual struggle of wills, the Cains defeated the Abels. Cain slew Abel. (See Evolution of Man or freely download History of Light Workers.)
In these Latter Days, justice is being served, karma is being rebalanced from the errors committed since mankind’s fall into third dimensional matter. We light workers, under Sananda’s leadership, are helping to restore Abel consciousness on Earth, in preparation for the Second Coming.
The District Attorney signifies the arm of spiritual law and power that is helping to bring justice and a rebalancing of the karmic record of Earthman. My given name is Philip (“lover of horses”), which represents the spiritual quality of power (master of law, governor of all dominions), one of the twelve divine characteristics of the I Am Self.* Being paired with a woman to work on the murder case means that the rightful exercise of my spiritual power is achieved through a balance of male-conscious and female-subconscious polarities, so that my superconscious or Christ Self (District Attorney) may perform its dutiful function on Earth. We are on a deadline: Judgment Day is at hand, and time is running out.
Note: There is an interesting correlation in symbology between this dream and one I had in the beginning years of my spiritual awakening. In the spring of 1974, just 
after my graduation from the University of Texas at Austin, I was making preparations to go to Mark-Age headquarters that fall to join the full-time staff. I had had a series of dreams and meditations preparing me for my spiritual role and mission in the Second Coming program, under the careful tutelage of Nada-Yolanda and El Morya/Mark. On May 22, 1974, I recorded in my spiritual diary the following telltale dream I’d had several days earlier:
“I was watching from backstage a play that had already begun. Many of my friends were in the play, but I did not have role in it. The First Act had already begun when the director walked up to me and handed me a script, saying, ‘We need you to play a part that comes on in the Second Act. Here’s the script. You’ll be playing the lawyer.’
“This unexpected assignment caught me completely by surprise, and I was wholly flabbergasted. ‘What?!!’ I exclaimed, “You gotta be kiddin’! I can’t possibly learn all these lines by the Second Act!’
“The director simply waited until I had finished protesting, then he said emphatically, ‘You have to learn these lines. You are the lawyer, and you come on in the Second Act. You really have no other choice because you are needed for the part.’
“With that, he walked away, leaving me with the script in my hands. I was almost frantically trying to find where my role started in the script book in order to begin memorizing the lines when I woke up.”
The Second Act of the play is the Second Coming program of these Latter Days. The director is Sananda. My role as the lawyer represents the code of Christ power inherent in my name Philip: master of law, governor of all dominions. I was scrambling to prepare myself spiritually to join the Mark-Age staff in full-time service to the Second Coming program.
More insights regarding my proper use of spiritual power and universal laws (lawyer) to judge righteously came in the wake of my experience as jury foreman at a heartrending criminal trial in 2009 (see Judgment Time). After the trial, which produced a guilty verdict, St. Germain contacted me on August 26, 2009, and communicated the following:
“We have orchestrated your involvement in the entire episode of this trial [August 19–20]. As my direct hierarchal agent and disciple, you were introduced purposefully and physically into the thought atmosphere of that situation, indicative of the worst elements of disgrace to which mankind has fallen, in order to inject my broadcast of transmutation unto the very lowest planes of consciousness.
“This trial was a representative sample of the judgment that mankind is undergoing individually and collectively in these Latter Days, when all error must be exposed, cleansed and eliminated. As such, it is a small taste of the Judgment Day now occurring at the higher levels of the Hierarchal Board and the Karmic Board of this solar system in order to clear the way for the Second Coming on Earth.
“Man’s soul patterns and error actions are being judged by the I Am Self within each one, and the karmic sentences are being meted out accordingly. By their fruits you will know them. Those who cannot withstand the consequences of Spirit’s judgment, and who refuse to rise into spiritual consciousness for the New Era, will be removed from this solar system in due time, to continue their karmic evolution under more difficult circumstances elsewhere. This is the ‘terrible swift sword’ of the Lord’s justice.**
“We told you earlier this year [February 25] that the serious work of our transmutation, master with disciple, is being stepped up, and again at Easter [April 12] that ‘our higher works begin.’ Your experience on the trial jury was one direct manifestation of this prophecy. Through your consciousness, I was able to use your physical force field and body as an anchoring point, in order to bring necessary transmutation to whole segments of mass consciousness. Through the thought field of all participants in this trial — who represented all levels of consciousness, from judge and jury to lawyers and clients, including the defendant; from law officers and court personnel to all onlookers and interested parties — I sent forth the violet flame of transmutation to purify error patterns and to reestablish I Am justice and light. This concentrated broadcast impacted souls both on the physical and the astral planes.”

* Under the subheading of “Power—Master of Law—Governor of All Dominions” in Chapter 3 of our text Plan A Nation (out of print), we find this description of the spiritual power characteristic, represented by Jesus’ disciple Philip:
“A master, or one who has mastery over the life force, is expressing the power of God, the omnipotent power; of which the spiritual Self has its proper use. . . . The power faculty of the I Am Self is that which will bring us the proper control and understanding of our dominion and governor roles.
“The power of the spiritual Self comes through the spoken word of God, or expressing the laws of the universe. It is said, ‘You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.’ The truth is the laws of God. Knowing, speaking, writing and expressing those truths shall make you free to be that which you inherently are: a child of the Father-Mother God, a son or spiritual Self in full life expression.
“Those who already are able to manifest this function of the spiritual Self . . . are the living word of the law in action. Such individuals are able to use rightly and with love the sword of truth, knowing full well that it is a two-edged sword. The spiritual Self then is free and clear and unafraid to use the sword of truth (the word of the law), because that which comes back to them from this double-edged sword cannot do any harm to soul, mind or body already risen to pure and impersonal power.”
