Channeled via Nada-Yolanda
ONE OF THE SPECIFIC GOLDEN RULES that may be utilized in every set of circumstances is the fact that man has three appearances on his planet which can control and grade him properly as to what stage he is in. The first, primitive set of circumstances in any field of endeavor or in any conscious application of theoretic planning and practice is the struggle against or fight with his opponent or his opposite side. The second place or gauge is his neutrality or state of truce with that which is his opponent. The final or third phase of his spirituality as well as his physical practice and purpose is compatibility, cooperation and coordination. . . .
The third state of evolutionary growth of man with man, of society with society, of nation with nation has yet to come. The signs and marks of the age are prevalent in this department as well as in all other departments too. But they have not reached that perfected level as yet. They have not reached the point where man can take the gauge of which I now speak and say to himself most honestly: we are only, in some cases, at the second stage of evolution, and finally must come to the third stage of complete cooperation and coordination. . . .
In your own evolvement and growth, relationships and problems, seek to analyze and to grade yourselves according to this specific golden rule. One: primitive, antagonistic. Two: peace at a cost, with a truce or with some sort of basic understanding and leveling off and sense of equality derived inwardly and inherently in the other. Three, and the most desired: total recognition of the fullness and beauty of spirituality within the other so all is cooperation and coordination, each respecting the other according to his own speciality and specific frequency.
Three Stages Within Oneself
Within yourselves you have these three levels as well. In the beginning of self-analysis or self-realization you see yourself at war with some other faculty or energy within you. This is the very basic, primitive, mortal man or the subconscious past history constantly warring or fighting with his own superconscious or better nature.
As you go to the second step you come to realize that a certain peace or truce can be arrived at in which neither side antagonizes the other, but tries to live somewhat sympathetically in the same house; or body consciousness, as you would call it. So, there is no conflict within. There is a sense of alrightness, a sense of “let us not disturb the equilibrium.” This is not the desired and fulfilled role at all. But many souls will feel that it is a great achievement, for they just recently have come out of that very primitive stage of war with the higher Self, due to many subconscious leanings and fulfillments and growths.
The third stage that individuals must go to will be the total Christ consciousness and full cooperation and coordination of the higher Self with the mortal consciousness as it has become integrated with the subconscious.
So, you see there is no subject, there is no area we can discuss whereby we do not apply this beautiful golden rule or measuring rod you may now apply to yourself, your society and your relationships with all other forms of life; be they this planet or another planet; be they of this dimension or the invisible dimensions to you, at least at the present time; be they those whom you try to teach and to reach.
Three Levels of Souls Incarnated
For the main point of what is to be discussed here is that there are these three levels of souls now incarnated finally in the Latter Days, or the Mark Age period of time. Some souls have not gone beyond the primitive, argumentative, warring nature in which all in their environment and all within themselves are their natural enemies. They have not realized any other state of consciousness. So, they will be the hardest ones to reach. In many cases you will not reach them further than to break the mold or crystallization of that primitive premise in them and from their past experiences for many thousands of years or lifetimes, even.
But the majority of souls who are incarnated upon the Earth during these Latter Days are those who are in the second stage of growth and understanding. This makes up the mass consciousness or the majority of thought personalities, thought forms with which you will be directly 
in contact as you try to transmute them from second stage evolvement to third stage evolvement. Obviously, it is that type of thinking which is willing to come to a truce and to live in a sense of harmony with all others who are differing from them in color, in nationality, in race, in religion and in basic governmental precepts.
But they may not remain in that second stage of contact or communion for the Golden Era. That is your inner knowledge, that is your demonstration, that is your teaching, you who are the light workers and the advance guard for the Hierarchal Board of this solar system who are here to teach and to secure the third stage of evolution for mankind upon the Earth planet as it participates in this particular solar system. . . .
Those souls who cannot reach the consciousness and willingness to be in the higher state of exchange by the time the Golden Era arrives will be taken to other areas of learning and growth, and will be permitted to evolve someplace else. But that place will not be in this particular solar system.
However, you who are of this consciousness and have this responsibility to perform must now take it upon yourselves to force the Earth plane consciousness — in other words, to transmute the thought temperature and the thought form of the millions who are in the second stage of evolvement — into the third stage of at least desiring that fulfillment or that experience. Again, the third stage is that where all things become coordinated and cooperative, using each other to the fullest extent of the potential and speciality of what they have earned and have grown into from having passed from first into third stage. . . .
Those souls who go into the Golden Era and are connected with the Earth may serve upon the Earth in a third dimensional, going into fourth dimensional, frequency and thus present themselves as examples for this demonstration. Or they may work from astral planes, which will be thoroughly cleansed and experienced as far as understanding the process that must take place, for the astral and the Earth are connected in a way that they cooperate and coordinate.
At the present time, and for at least twenty-six thousand years of evolutionary growth, these two planes have not been cooperating properly. Therefore, you have had the first stage operating between astral and Earth; that is, a sense of war between the two so that those on the astral, in the majority sense, have been warring with those on the Earth, either one trying to take over the other or ignoring the other or disrespecting the particular function, one of the other.
But we will come into the second stage of respect, compatibility and at least harmony and truce session between astral and Earth for the next forty-year period. When in the Golden Era, we will have a third-phase demonstration where the two will be so coordinated and cooperative they will use each other for the functions each can perform to the best of its ability, thus each creation of God fulfilling itself to the fullest extent possible. . . .
First, Fifth & Seventh Rays
[Editor’s note: Nada goes on to explain the role of three of the seven aspects of God, or rays of life, in this evolutionary change.]
The First Ray, we know and understand, is the power. Extraordinary in the First Ray is the ability to move the first stage of thinking or primitive consciousness which is at war with all other things in its community to come into a form of union, a beginning of understanding something outside of himself and giving his will over to the will of that which is greater than he is, to the will of God. God, of course, having created all things, then is able to connect with His particular subject, in this case the consciousness of mankind, to make it aware of other forms which God also has created and to begin the spiraling upward into the second and then into the third stage of evolution.
The Fifth Ray, which is the Ray of Integration and Unity, obviously is the ray which teaches man and all other life forms and expressions to have a sense of balance, harmony and respect and to begin to unify his vibration, his speciality or function with all others.
But it is the Seventh Ray of Divine Love which makes all men realize they are one, all other forms of life are of the same Energy or Force or God. The love for this Force or God is that divine love . . . which causes men not only to love God but to love one another, whether the other being is a person, an animal or a part of the vegetable and mineral kingdoms which are in his environment.
Therefore, he becomes so unified, so coordinated and so loving toward all these other forms and species that he becomes one with them. The two are as one, and each loves the other to such an extent that there is no disharmony, there is only rest and peace and joint cooperation and fullness of each to the greatest extent he or she is able to reach. In this state of consciousness, with all seven rays operating, with all fullness of God consciousness and powers at his command, man moves into his fourth and final resting place of being a son of God and a true Christed conscious form.
Let this then be our guide and control. Let this then be our purpose for works we perform. We know now that we may judge ourselves and understand one another according to these measurements. I am Nada, bringing peace, bringing love and bringing understanding unto all who will heed these words.
