Dr. Hannibal speaking. . . . You will begin to receive more word of our projections of energies and thoughts throughout the planet as they are transferred from the highest plane of activity and execution down through the ships stationed in outer atmospheric conclaves in order to be projected systematically into the Earth’s atmosphere, thus picked up by those of enlightenment and intunement with the hierarchal program and plan.

That ever has been the purpose and the need for our higher spaceships in the outer fringes of Earth plane matter. You have known of this and you have delivered much in the way of information concerning those etheric ships so stationed. They are the protectors of the Earth’s atmosphere during the configuration of the planets, and the problems caused by thought forms and energies concluded on Earth in the ending of this age, known as the Mark Age period and program before the beginning of the New Age or Golden Era that shall come in short order and according to divine plan and purpose.

We seek not honor for our roles and missions, but enjoy doing whatever we can wherever we can to perform these tasks for the sake of mankind upon the Earth in these Latter Days. You have participated in this and you have shared in it, as well as you have cooperated with us in bringing about many manifestations already, and will be with the few in conscious recall and among those who will project the light body upon the Earth in these so-called end days. My mission in the next cycle of time, which begins immediately, will be to prepare those who have the light bodies already produced by standards of Earth plane source.

You have not realized fully yet, many of you, that the light body is conducted by the spiritual Self independently of the physical vessel. Many times these light bodies are projected into other atmospheres, planes and planets in order to pick up missions, information, and to confer with those with whom they are cooperating or have preset a plan of operation before incarnating in a physical vehicle upon the Earth. You may not know as yet that these light bodies may be projected into the Earth plane at any given place at any given time when the spiritual Self within feels a true mission and message proper and forthcoming.

So, what you do not know and have not realized totally is that your light body is a plus extension to that of your physical vehicle. We know and we have seen and we have operated with and have conferred with these light bodies on thousands of occasions when it has been proper and has been deemed necessary.

Etheric Materializations

We have projected our light bodies to the Earth on numerous occasions as well, and even have been able to produce a lasting effect whenever that has taken place, because we have been seen in a few cases and we have talked as individuals independent of Earth plane personalities, as you may know and understand them. But too many have not recognized the difference between the two types of vehicles. So far, this has not been too important or essential to the overall cause. For what we have done by projecting our vehicles to the Earth for very short spans of time — minutes; to the utmost, perhaps several hours, in a few cases — has been to prepare the frequency of Earth plane matter in accepting and holding that light vibration.

Now, do not misunderstand and think the Earth plane cannot sustain such a vibration, or that our light bodies are so far beyond anything the Earth plane can hold that we are performing some sort of miraculous demonstration, for this is not the truth. You already have received the light body of Jesus the Christ two thousand years ago and had it sustained upon the Earth for forty days before he ascended out of the Earth plane atmosphere and left for a temporary period of time, let us say, in order that he might return and hold that body as long as he so desired upon the Earth plane.

But what we have done has changed the matter or the frequency of thought around the individuals who have been visited so by us or by personnel directed through our total control of the situation. You thus have been afforded greater opportunity than ever has visited the Earth: the time, the place and the proper tribal frequency that can sustain and manifest a multitude of bodies in that frequency simultaneously working and independent of one another. This is the purpose behind our demonstrations and our experiments until this time.

Demonstration of Light-Body Travel

Also, your endeavors to project the light bodies in other places besides the place where your own physical frequency is operating are to permit this travel to become widely accepted upon the Earth in these times of the Latter Days and the end time for material matter or third dimensional frequency upon the Earth. In this we have assisted you on numerous occasions, both consciously and unconsciously. Most often this has occurred in the sleep or dream state and you have not been aware of the actual projection and production that resulted from it, because those who will produce this effect consciously must have practiced it sufficiently within the unconscious state to make it appear to them as a simple and unconcerning matter. . . .

You may now begin to understand why we have taken all these precautions to experiment and to draw out the plan through the sleep or the unconscious state for many long years before it is brought to your conscious attention and allowed to be conducted from the conscious level. This then means the marriage between the conscious self and the superconscious Self that takes place in the Christing of the individual during a specific personal episode of life. That was accomplished on many occasions upon the Earth, but mainly used and demonstrated through the personality we call Jesus the Christ. So that you have this example, it has been given over and over again, and that has led you to dwell upon this as the primary example for the Earth. And truly it is that primary example, as has been stated over again through this channel and many others before her, and will be again after.

But we are concerned at this stage of the evolvement with many of mankind’s species to give this similar demonstration in the conscious and to show the wedding of the conscious mind and personality with the spiritual identity or the Christ Self within, and thus bring about an entirely new level of demonstration or manifestation upon the Earth planet through the Christing and through the talents of those Christed Selves everywhere upon the Earth. As we have stated similarly on numerous occasions, it is the subtle meaning of the hundred and forty-four thousand, the remnant of the Earth planet’s population who will bring it into its new level of vibration or bring the new heaven upon the new Earth.

A New Heaven on a New Earth

You know now the new heaven is that vibration or frequency that must descend or wed with or merge with the third dimensional frequency of matter as it is now projecting or produced from Spirit’s desire and plan for eons of time. So, we have produced and have projected, from our understanding of this plan of a higher frequency and life evolvement, a new Earth in an etheric vibration that shall descend and shall wed with or shall merge with that which now exists. This has been created by the thoughts and the prayers of those who have been of the Earth but no longer are residing on the Earth at the present time, and those who are residing upon the Earth at the present time but who have been elsewhere in the solar system and in other universes and who are capable of bringing it about.

So, in one sense it is the merging of us on a higher plane with those of you on the Earth who are ready and receptive to our vibration and visitants. It also is the merging of your higher Selves or light bodies with your physical bodies in such a way that you are conscious of the two operating simultaneously, whether or not the two bodies are operating in the same plane and whether or not they are operating in the same place upon the planet at the same time. . . .

Maintain Equilibrium

It is a hazardous period that we go into, for we expect some mistakes, or fears themselves to create mistakes, within those who already are quite advanced in this work. It is very hazardous because the minds of men who have not prepared for this will find it quite unacceptable and undesirable. You will be rejected in both the light body and in the Earth body wherever they are and whatever is being done.

We expect to be rejected, and have been rejected, during our missions to Earth. This has not deterred us, because our anchoring is not in the Earth and therefore it could not shatter the equilibrium, nor the vessel through which we were working. In a sense, the light body which we project to the Earth, no matter how solid or stationary it may seem to be for the time being, is merely an illusion to the man of Earth, since it is not anchored there. That is what some have called it or have felt it to be: a form of hallucination or illusion.

And due to the fact that man is trying to shake his physical body or to rise up out of his physical body through artificial means, he is causing a tremendous instability for himself; because, above all, he needs his anchoring body while he develops the spiritual body in this Earth plane manifestation. This is true on other planes, also. But nowhere is it as difficult as it is upon the Earth, because of the lack of understanding.

You know, and I am sure you all appreciate, that the understanding and acceptance level of man is the point from which we can work successfully. Anything that goes against his understanding and goes or rubs against his acceptance of what is happening is not well placed and not permanently achieved; so that no matter how much work we do, no matter how many times we manifest, if it is not understood and accepted within the conscious vehicle anchored upon the plane for which it is serving, then we have not created a change in the vibration. It must be done from that level and with these conditions that are outlined here.

Every Planet Connected in Universe

As every single part of your body is connected to every other single part of your body through electrical energy, it is so all through creation. Every planet is so connected with every other planet throughout all creation. I do not only mean in this solar system or universe or galaxy, I mean this throughout all creation. Every planet has certain substances and expressions and areas of influence that affect every other planet everywhere in existence.

So you see the manifold ways in which Spirit can work Its wonders and Its productions wherever you may be in existence.
