Editor’s note: A couple of weeks after my dream of August 9, 2018, “Strategy Session with El Morya,” I came across the following channeling, delivered by Sananda/Jesus the Christ through Nada-Yolanda on June 21, 1967. It struck a harmonic chord within me, as if re-echoing my recent dream. For the Master presents his singular strategy for success in the Second Coming program: concerted action amongst the light workers, the 144,000 elect.

SANANDA/JESUS: My own beloved, Jesus speaks, to say unto you: the burden falls heavy upon the few, as there are many things to be accomplished and many souls to be lifted up unto the Almighty Father-Mother God, and only a few who can save the situation and recommend the way in which this can properly be done to safeguard them from further error and further untruths.

You have come to perform these missions and to do this service unto God, unto the Christ Self within, and unto the humanity which besieges the Earth in answer to its many problems, and takes hold of that planet in an effort to make it adhere to man’s will instead of man adhering to God’s will and protecting the Earth from all misdemeanor.

You seek these answers in your own soul missions, and each one finds an answer unto himself and for himself and within himself. Yet, you do not realize yet the entire answer lies in the concerted action of many souls, missions, purposes and prayers for the one common goal and good. We seek this strength in the next era of time, that the many can take hold and really accomplish what they have set out to do in the beginning of this inhabitation of Earth planet and sphere.

You have succor in the assistance of those from other dimensions, planes and planets. But the masses will not adhere to this until enough proof has been demonstrated unto their limited consciousnesses and experiences. Although we have informed you, and rightly so, these experiences are inbuilt within the soul consciousness of each and every one, we still know that the mortal consciousness has overridden and shut out that which has been inbuilt in the soul for eons of time. That is why the rending of the seventh veil of this level of consciousness, and the seven times seven within that structure,¹ has taken upon new meanings, and forfeited many old, erroneous concepts, unto the understanding and propitious actions for the immediate cycle of time.

I give you many new areas of concentration and contemplation with this. I speak to the enlightened few, that the enlightened few may enlighten the masses, in their time and in the proper order and sequence of events. You have been burdened by the fact that these unveilings already have taken place in some measure within the few initiated consciousnesses. It has acted as a tremendous and terrifying burden on many already, who have felt the weight of it and the extremes of it and the pressures of it and the uncomfortableness of it. You have had, furthermore, erroneous concept that in the lifting of these cornerstones in the soul growth, the ripping of the veils from the conscious and laying bare the superconscious powers, you would become lightened, freer, unhampered.

Somehow this has worked in reverse. The burden has become heavier, the areas of consciousness have become greater, the terrors and the conflicts and the mismanagement and misdeeds of mankind weigh preponderantly upon your souls and in the mind. Your efforts, even physically, have become more burdensome to you. You wonder and bewail this fact and think there is something that has gone amiss. Yet it has not. You have not understood all that has gone before, in the preparation of this moment and of this great event and of this release to new freedom. Your new freedom, your new area of consciousness, your new powers are more heavy, more burdensome than the time and the blindness and the limitations of the mortal self.

In other words, instead of taking away from you we have added to your life. You are not only now required to live in two worlds but you must act in two levels of consciousness. Both must be equal, both must be balanced. The higher Self must at all times be a lot more effective, a lot more dominant, a lot more prominent in your affairs than the mortal considerations. This indeed is added burden, and why we have kept it from your knowledge and from your experience until the propitious time; which is now, and will be for the remaining era known as Mark Age period and program.²

You have wondered when the powers and the freedom would release you to do those things that need to be done upon the planet and within your fellowmen for the uplifting of their consciousness and their actions. Instead, you now find yourself operating under more difficulties and more burdens, more trials. More errors come to your conscious mind and you are besieged with the working out of errors; not of your own, necessarily, and not even of your own immediate environment, but those errors that are in the world that you must work out with the world, for the world; and by their standards instead of Spirit’s, which seems to you the only right and proper way to work, the most efficient. Yet the world seems to outweigh and outnumber you.

With God, you are a majority. This is truth and shall ever be the truth. There is nothing that can take away this principle. Yet the amount of work that needs to be done in the era and for the program of Mark Age requires concerted action of many disciples of truth who have this consciousness and have this veil lifted. That is why we have admonished you, suggested and emphasized the concerted action of the few together in the same consciousness to work as one upon the problems that beset the race and the planet itself.

I insist that this cannot be done without that demonstration. I have cause to know of what I speak, for I have seen it in its full impact, while you have not as yet. I have gone through the burdens of this consciousness in the Earth plane level, with the errors steeped and connected and poised around me in my mission and in my time; not once, but many times.³ And each time, man thinks he has destroyed the spiritual Self or the spiritual consciousness which comes to awaken him.

But in your own analysis and from the few experiences of lives that I already have laid down for mankind on this planet, you know I was not alone, but had many workers around me, many believers; many who were not as strong as they might have been or should have been or as faithful as they were prepared to be at the time of emergency, but in each instance I had concerted action, I had purposefulness, I had faithfulness, I had love that cushioned the events that were required of me in my single mission and for my single fulfillment.

So each of you must, in the same way, have companionship of like kind. But more so than I, for you will do greater things in this time and in this program than I had been permitted to perform. For the time for me was not right or ripe, whereas the time for your works and missions is now upon you. And all who prepare, for eons of time and lives foregone, are in that in this life and are prepared and ready and poised to perform that which must be done in the next thirty to forty years. But without concerted action, without concerted purpose, without love to guide each and every one, it will fail and will be dismissed by the mass consciousness that is steeped in error and mortalness.

I see that these things are still but mere words of generalities to even the most enlightened. Their efforts have not borne the fruits that they must in the future. I see and I know this with regret, but I am not discouraged, for I know the strength of the I Am consciousness within; and I know that when enough have come to recognize this consciousness in one another and will work in that consciousness on the same principle and problem that befall and confront them, it will be conquered. I am now preparing you for this, as I had been prepared before, in my own times and in my own ways and for my own missions, whenever they were to be completed.

So, there is not dismay or discouragement in my admonishment at this time. But take it rather as a heeding, a prophecy, a prediction if you will, that this is the eventuality of all who work upon the Earth at this time in and for spirituality. You are going to have to work with one another, regardless of the missions of the others and the ways that they are required to express those missions.

How can you best be prepared and know who is doing the fullest and most complete job? Only by turning to the Spirit within. Each one must do this and allow the Spirit within to tell him, to guide him and to prepare the works. So, by this admission I am saying, in some small measure, that you will be required to do, to say and to act in certain areas that you think not of your mission and your propriety. But this should not deter you. This should encourage, this should make you more enthused, in the knowing that you will be enacting Spirit’s will within and not your own will from without, as to what is proper and what is required of you in this lifetime.

So I am giving, in this way, many hints and preparations that you are about to see manifest in your lives many things that you thought would not be part of your lives or part of the requirement of your missions. If you will step back and refuse to do them without first inquiring and securing the permission of the higher Self within, you will be forfeiting that which you have worked so hard to obtain. You will be denying the rending of the seventh veil from your own consciousness and evolvement. Because, as I already have said, these obstacles, put upon you by Spirit in the beginning to shield you from this knowledge, now have begun to be ripped away; and the removal of them has caused you added concern, consideration and areas of conscientious activity.

I have not spelled out each and every case history. For how could I, when I am speaking to all who will work in Christ consciousness; and sincerely ask that they ask to be of service in whatever way Spirit so desires or needs them to be of service? In this way you will be enacting the Christ Self in the highest degree. So we all do, on whatever plane of action we are operating; because we too have all veils ripped from our consciousness, and in that area of exercise we ask no specific thing for ourselves or of our energies, but merely to be placed and to do those things which are proper for God and for His creation, mankind, when and where and how it is best suited to the overall purpose.

I am giving you many suggestions and instructions that were given to me in my life, particularly as Jesus of Nazareth, before the unfoldment of my outer mission and works. So, how am I preparing you? By the way that I was prepared; and, in some measure, the same type of instruction.

Also am I preparing you to know that when this is sufficiently adhered to by you and accomplished satisfactorily through you will your outer mission and your public ministry be acclaimed, in much the manner that my three-year ministry was forthrightly given and brought into outer manifestation by God and the agents of God who worked in and through me in order to accomplish that which needed to be done in the demonstration of the Christ or the Messiah in fulfillment during those latter days of that age and period. Similarly are you being prepared to give, to demonstrate, to bring forth and to treat this instruction.

By your fruits shall you be known, not only to the world but to us who are your guardians and superiors and the teachers of this in the inner planes and on the outer planes. There are many things given that are not written in the record. There are many instructions that are uncovered only to the consciousness that is prepared to receive them from the Divine Mind unto the individualized Christed soul. Until each one has shed his mortality and his desire for the mortal needs, he cannot expect to have the immortality and the divinity of this imperfect impetus given in and through his higher instructions. For nothing is perfect but the Father within; nothing is powerful or can give power but the Spirit Itself.

Not until you are in the total oneness as an individual, through the rending of the seventh veil, can you expect to have the full powers and the full knowledge of that which you have come to do. I can only give you goals to work upon. You alone can accomplish them. You alone can look out upon the world scene as it confronts you now and see that which needs to be cleansed and purified.

In your own consciousness, see it done, work upon it, and hold that light in love for man. Because until you begin to do it, and until two begin to do it, and three, three thousand and all men upon the Earth, you cannot succeed in uplifting this Earth and all life form upon it. This is what you have come to do: concerted action of all, as one unit, as one nation under God, the God nation, the spiritual conscious I Am unity within and without.

I speak of these matters with much concern in this respect. Although many are willing, few will succeed, because of the weight and the burden and the temptations that come with this knowledge and with this experience. Yet, would I be kind by saying it is easy, there is nothing to fear, there is no chance of failure, when I do know that it shall take every ounce of concentration and every sincere dedication on your part to accomplish that which is before you? I speak not of final goals, of final degradation, of final oblivion. There is no such.

Each challenge is but a step toward fulfillment; so, there is courage in what I give and there is promise of fulfillment. Would you be stumbling and stuttering over the potential blockages and hardships, then the first step never could be taken and the final goal could never even be discussed, for it would never be assumed to be accomplished. On the other hand, I know its inevitability and I know its tremendously hard task. So, I have to give you both, in the honesty of my experience and in the earnestness and desire of my role to prepare and to lead the way and to go before you in an effort to clear the path as much as possible and to give you as much assistance by road marks and trials.

The trials of a few, of very, very few, are the testings out of these new dimensions and areas of consciousness, such as experienced in my life. I died upon the cross in order to bring forth the resurrection. I signaled to you that it was safe. I showed you the pattern and assured you that that must and can be accomplished by any who follows the same pattern as I laid down and gave in advance. So must you do; but not for a few teachers, a few disciples, but for all the Earth.

Mine too was a simple pattern for all men to follow. And yea, I do wish that it was as simple as that, for I have tried to make it that simple; and it is, in actuality, that simple. But in each age, each time, with more and more difficulties, obstacles, to blind the soul, it takes that much more work of that many more teachers, way showers, to give the courage and the example. That is the mission of you who are numbered as the hundred and forty-four thousand who will save the planet and preserve it into its new area of development by bringing it into the fourth dimensional expression.*

You come to do this work. You come singly from various areas of incarnation and experience in order to join together all those areas and developments and paths of expression in a concerted, joint effort to solidify the many dimensions, to unify the various planets which are represented, and to bring about a single whole unit or group of Christed, loving sons of God, the soul of mankind incarnate upon Earth, in these Latter Days.

I trust that this has been of some immeasurable help; and that there will be other things that can be given to encourage and to enlighten the few, that the many may be saved and uplifted and given strength. Only the few who can adhere to this light can give the strength to the many. For through the few the light, the love, the life force of this universe can be transmitted and can transmute the planet itself, all life form upon the planet, and the human element which occupies it and is to rule over it eventually.

It is by the transmission of this energy through the concerted few, joined in united effort, that our energies can blast away or remove the veils that have been put there by the spiritual consciousness to shield it from misuse and from the terrifying experience of the burden which pure Spirit is to the uninitiated mind, the unprepared mind, the uncleansed soul.

It is like being naked in the glaring sunlight without any shield or atmosphere between the raw skin of the soul and the pure energy of the sunlight. You are that shield. You are that transformer. You are that protectorate. You are the atmosphere of a spiritual consciousness to transfuse the purity of Son light, Son consciousness, the I Am Self, to infuse within the minds, the hearts, the actions of all mankind as he experiences and expresses life in the third dimension or Earth planet now. As this transfusion takes place and as the adjustment becomes applicable and profitable, we transfer the attention or the consciousness into the I Am or spiritual Self of all, without upsetting the equilibrium or balance of life in the interim stages.

You cannot or may not be able to appreciate all the ramifications of this, but I can give it no clearer. I can give it no clearer for one main purpose, and that is pride, spiritual pride, that becomes an unfortunate by-product in the awareness of some of these things. I speak not to each and every one who has overcome or understands or has eliminated that part within himself. But as the consciousness is transmuted, one of the simple and prevalent by-products, unfortunately, is that sense of pride and accomplishment.

It is unwarranted, for it is not the individual, it is not something that he himself has fulfilled, but that Spirit is doing, expressing and fulfilling. For Spirit Itself has created the vehicle through which to transmit Itself. Man in the ego consciousness, awareness of his individuality, has confused that singularity, personality, and senses a feeling of accomplishment. Eventually in some cases (too many I am sure you are aware of), it becomes a form of false pride; certainly negative, since it is not true. It has nothing to do with the individual, since the individual is Spirit and Spirit expresses in myriad individuals.

If each individual could then come into contact with his own individuality of Spirit and recognize and enjoy the Spirit in him as that expression that is unique only to his awareness of It, to his experience and varied expressions of It, this might be of a different hue. But the glass through which the individual looks, his own mind or mirror, becomes clouded with the individual viewpoint and the pride becomes something personal.

By all means have pride in Spirit, for there is nothing else that works in the universe. Impersonal, immutable, all-powerful, it is only Spirit, Energy, which doeth the works. And by your conscious application, by your transferring this power through your individuality or consciousness, it accomplishes many things. It accomplishes, as a matter of fact, anything that you may put your attention upon.

So we come to the main issue of this individual discourse or instruction. Wherever you place your attention, on whatever problem that besets you, your associates, your fellowman, the world in which you live, Spirit can heal it, Spirit can make it right, Spirit can bring about Its justice and rightful balance for all who are involved. If you will but hold this light, if you will see this truth, you can truly become sons of God in action upon the Earth and transmute all conditions that are in error at this present time. But in many cases it shall take the concerted efforts of many to do this, for the problems may be great and they may involve hundreds, thousands and millions of life forms or individualized spiritual energies.

So, when intuned with God, each individual part of God can reflect His will, His desire, His action and His truth through oneself and it will become that which is truth, honor, beauty and glory. As this is the truth, I see it and join with you in its manifestation now.

As this is the goal, for us on our plane of existence as well as you on that plane of existence, you already have joint action in operation; ours with yours, yours joined to ours, for the coming events that will bring us closer to you and into manifestation upon the planet; we with you, for those things which you desire for the betterment of man on Earth and the upliftment of the race consciousness as it is expressing now in its present level of evolvement, but always visualizing its next higher step of spiritual evolution. This I decree, this I see, and this must be; for I am in that truth and I am light and this is the doorway through which all spiritual action can come.

Be at one with God and you are one with me. I am in you, as you are in me; for we are in the Spirit, of the Spirit, and with the Spirit in these desires. So mankind is the Son, and the light of God shall transfuse his entire existence and bring him once more into his rightful place as one in the Mother-Father God relationship.

¹ There are seven phases to the rending of the seventh veil. The rending of the seventh phase was completed in 2003 by a core group of light workers, the 144,000 elect.

² Mark Age: the age of marks and signs of the times; the Latter Days; the forty-year purification period (approximately 1960-2000) before entering the Age of Aquarius.

³ Past incarnations of Sananda on Earth include: Melchizedek, Moses, Elijah, Zarathustra, Gautama Buddha, Socrates, and Jesus of Nazareth. In addition, he was leader of the Abels and leader of the Noahs (see Evolution of Man).

* The 144,000 elect, or so-called chosen ones, are the demonstrators and teachers of Christ powers in the Mark Age period and program, or Latter Days. The number is literal, in that at least that number must so demonstrate to achieve the spiritual goal of lifting man into the fourth dimension, and symbolic, in that it does not preclude any number of additional ones from being included.
