September 7, 2018. DREAM. To everyone’s horror, a maniacal terrorist detonated a small, dirty nuclear bomb in a residential neighborhood. The blast blew up a house trailer and killed several people, and deadly nuclear radiation contaminated the area. Immediately, local law enforcement, FBI and governmental counterterrorism forces responded. I was part of the counterterrorism task
