November 24, 2010. HIERARCHAL BOARD MEDITATION. Robert and MariLyn had returned from the Costa Rica Mission on November 22nd. Therefore, we entered meditation with great thanks for a “mission accomplished” to anchor new spiritual transmutation for the Western Hemisphere. Contacted with a hieronic space beam, I anchored the Hierarchy’s projections to finalize this phase of the work.

In my light body I was projected into outer space, high above the Pacific Ocean opposite Costa Rica. I was shown the symbolic energy circulation of these hieronic projections throughout the Pacific Rim, along the so-called Ring of Fire, flowing from the Western Hemisphere into and around the Eastern Hemisphere. That is one of the reasons why our Healing Haven team was guided specifically to perform this mission in Costa Rica, starting on the Pacific Ocean, as opposed to being directed elsewhere in the Western Hemisphere, such as in the Caribbean Islands or otherwise on the Atlantic side.

For Costa Rica not only is part of the Central American bridge between North and South America, but its small land mass also forms a natural connecting link between the oceans. Using the massive bodies of water as a natural electromagnetic ground, higher energies can be circulated easily from Costa Rica across the Pacific to the East, or into the Caribbean Sea. During the mission, Robert and MariLyn demonstrated this link with the East in their meditations a number of times. The channelings also referred to the dissemination of the hierarchal projections into the Eastern Hemisphere.

One direct manifestation of this hieronic energy circulation — unfortunately in terms of a negative reaction to the higher light — came on the 23rd, the morning after Robert and MariLyn returned to Tennessee headquarters. North Korea belligerently had fired on South Korea, killing several people, causing considerable damage, and provoking yet another international crisis. North Korea is a troublesome political hot spot on the Pacific Rim near the earthquake-prone Ring of Fire. But Dr. Hannibal had warned us of such reactions in his channeling on November 14th: “Be steady in this light as you bear witness to the transmutation now unleashed. These are the death throes of those who resist this new wave of light in these last stages of the War of Armageddon.”

I thought these hieronic projections of light would be the extent of my meditation. But abruptly, without warning, St. Germain materialized in and through my force field, seeming to sit right into my physical form. He came not in his space aspect as Hannibal but in his role as Chohan of the Sixth Ray of Transmutation. He had been a leading mentor, a guiding light on this mission, for the hemisphere is his etheric responsibility. His power and presence were so strong, the effect on my throat chakra so heightened, that I thought he might channel vocally. Instead he performed the universal sign language, sealing the energy resolves of the Costa Rica Mission, capping off the successful experiences of the interdimensional team. He gave thanks for our willing participation on the physical plane.

Among his various manipulations of my left hand, the Master made three principal signs. The first was his characteristic signature. The second was a sign used once before: the middle, ring and pinkie fingers are held together upright; the index finger is bent forward, perpendicular to the palm; and the thumb is extended outward on the same plane of the palm. He did not indicate what this meant. The third sign was the upward flat palm, with thumb extended; a universal sign of greeting but also of direct energy transfer. Through all these signs he transmitted the powerful force of the Transmutation Flame.

Astonishingly, a search of my diary reveals that in our Hierarchal Board meditation on February 3, 2010, St. Germain had used these exact three signs while performing universal sign language to transmit the violet flame of the Sixth Ray. As I wrote in my diary then, “The universal sign language demonstrated the higher level of transmutation that St. Germain will now bring through to Earth.”

November 25, 2010. Thanksgiving Day. DREAM. Nada-Yolanda gave Robert and me the secret code by which to decipher the Hierarchy’s messages. For our equal roles as coexecutive directors of the I Am Nation, the ascended masters would use the following system: Each of us would be given one half of any message, as if on separate strips of paper. When we put the two strips of paper together, we could use the secret formula to decode the whole message the Hierarchy wished to convey. Performing our coequal roles in this way would produce a cosmic pattern for others to follow in the externalization of the I Am Nation on Earth.

Interpretation: “Where two or three are gathered in my name, there I Am in the midst of them.” [Matthew 18:20] In the five years since Yolanda’s passing, Robert and I have been trained to complement one another in our coequal leadership functions. As demonstrated increasingly, we receive and confirm different aspects of the one coordinated plan. This co-functioning has reached a peak with the Costa Rica Mission.

Furthermore, our pattern of coordination spreads to others in the I Am Nation. In her role at headquarters, for example, MariLyn has been integrated step-by-step with the two of us. In our Hierarchal Board meditations we often see ourselves as a triangle, a tripole, or a tripod of light to implant the higher energies. This three-way action in turn becomes a core demonstration that other light workers will emulate and will expand upon for the Second Coming program.
